I required spare parts for chairs…
I required spare parts for chairs purchased over 20 years ago from the Conran shop. Whilst customer services were unable to source these on my behalf Victoria sent a link to a site where I could purchase myself which I have just done. Very helpful, thank you!

Replacement light sent
Needed to contact customer service regarding a light that wasn't working. Responses from Sarah were quick and helpful and a replacement was sent out in a couple of days.

Great service all round!
I ordered a dining room chair which was promptly delivered (two days after order placed), and had the best /most secure packaging I have experienced from any retailer. More often than not items arrive in defective packaging with the uncertainty (until opened) of whether the item inside has also been damaged. But not in this case as the item had been expertly packaged to carefully protect it within the large box (therefore avoiding unnecessary time and stress in contacting the retailer). What is more, all the packaging is recyclable I purchased the item from the Conran Shop due to their competitive pricing and been a know and trusted retailer.

Perfect customer service!
Bought chairs from The Conran Shop in Marylebone and there was a problem with the order which sometimes happens. The shop worked incredibly hard to sort the issue and Megan in customer service followed up at every point to ensure that the chairs were reordered and arrived safely. Extraordinarily good service
Extraordinarily good service - parcel arrived something was broken and another box hadn’t arrived - I didn’t have to wait for them to contact the courier to locate the box or return the broken item - replacements weee sent out immediately. The service was polite, pro-active and practical- I was genuinely bowled over - couldn’t rate it more highly - the person who dealt with the matter was called Megan Wallis

Great Product but overpriced delivery
The chair I ordered was exactly as described - a superb piece of furniture. However, the Conran Shop’s delivery charges are basically a scam. You pay £35 per item and the delivery charges increase exponentially from there. Quite often a 30 per cent discount is not that at all as half or more of the discount is recouped through delivery charges. Finally, for £35, the delivery guy did not deliver to the door as advertised but called me down to the lobby to haul it up myself. Poor delivery service you’re held hostage to at exorbitant prices.

Im sorry that you feel the delivery cost was high, however, due to the nature of our products we work only with selected delivery partners who we can trust to ensure your goods arrive in perfect order. Despite what you may think, we do actually subsidise the cost of the delivery to try to keep the costs down for our customers, however, increased transportation costs are unfortunately as sign of the times. I do apologise that in your instance the delivery of your chair was only to your lobby and not to your room; our White-Glove 2-man delivery service to the room of choice comes at a premium and therefore to keep delivery charges low for our customers we utilise this only for larger items of furniture. I do hope you enjoy your chair and we hope you'll give us the chance to serve you again. Best regards, The Conran Shop Team.
