The Cravery you’ve done it once again my Birmingham cupcakes were beautiful & tasted lovely as always! The cupcake delivery in Birmingham was bang on time. The delivery driver came all the way up to the fourth floor (no lifts), those lovely Birmingham cupcakes. Well done!

I ordered a cake at the carvery for my husband for his 40th and the cake was amazing! You are able to choose your filling and the day before I had an email to tell me when the cake will come (1hour time frame).
The cake was well received and it looked absolutely amazing.
We kept it in the fridge as suggested as you receive an email with lots of guidance which is really helpful and it was absolutely amazing!! The cake was beautiful, exactly as we saw on the website and it was so tasty that all the family wanted to bring back some

Just like I expected, the cake appearance was absolutely beautiful and it arrived on time with short notice. The cake tasted nice, but the butter cream needs slightly improvement.

I cannot praise The Cravery enough
I cannot praise The Cravery enough for everything. I ordered from another country to send to my sister for her 30th birthday and they were nothing but exceptional and patient. They helped every step of the way! They made sure I was well looked after. Once my sister received it, we were both blown away with how amazing it was. Not only was it delicious but the delivery person was so kind and even said happy birthday to her on my behalf which is way more than I could have ever asked for! I will DEFINITELY be ordering from The Cravery again! Thank you so much!

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the outer blue layer didn’t meet your expectations. We completely understand that taste is a personal preference, and while many of our customers enjoy the buttercream finish, we appreciate that it might not be for everyone.
For those who prefer a lighter alternative, we do offer nude and semi-naked cake options that come with minimal or no buttercream covering. However, these styles may limit the possibility of achieving certain colourful designs.
We’re proud that the vast majority of our customers love both the appearance and taste of our cakes, but your input is a valuable reminder that there’s always room to improve.
