Amazing….try for yourself
I sent a photo of a cake design I wanted for my little one and was blown away with what I received. The cake was so much better than the photo and I could tell that so much care and attention had gone into making it perfect for our little one’s birthday. The cake tasted amazing also and the sponge was so fresh, everyone at the party was so complimentary and wanted to know where we got it from. I’m such a perfectionist and was worried about using a new company but this will definitely be my go to place going forward. Wonderful customer service, they can’t do enough for you and they even sent me a photo of my cake before it arrived. Brilliant delivery right to our front door by a lovely delivery guy who wanted to make sure our cake arrived in perfect condition. Thanks The Cravery, I will be in touch soon about hubbies birthday cake.

Graduation cake
Ordered a graduation cake for my daughter and it was fantastic! From ordering it customised, to being kept up to date on delivery and looking after it in hot weather we were kept updated and helped the during whole process.
The service was fantastic as was the cake. Definitely use again.

Beyond my expectations
Beyond my expectations! I have contacted a few bakeries in Birmingham but decided to go with the Cravery at the end because they seem to be the most approachable and helpful bakery company I have experienced. The lady named Kamila, who handled my inquiries is very professional and patient, she explains things in details and I can clearly see that she genuinely pay attentions to all my requests to ensure our customised cakes look best. My son and we instantly fell in love with the cake the moment we saw it! What’s even better? The cake is very yummy too & worth every penny! I would rate 6 stars if I could and I have recommended this company to all my friends for their future uses.

So far it's been really good
So far it's been really good with the order journey for me as a customer. I am a business analyst by profession and I really liked the number of options your portal had for the cake designs, type of frostings, personalisation, etc. But with respect to cakes it is always good to see what the end journey will be once I get the actual item delivered to complete the experience. Delicious cupcakes + spectacular service
I ordered a batch of custom branded cupcakes for a utility themed event for my company in Birmingham with The Cravery. It was a fantastic experience all round. Kamila was easy to contact via Whatsapp and gave us excellent advice on the design for our cupcakes. She worked with us to achieve a look that met our brand style - helping us decide on colours, style and image toppers.
The cupcakes were delivered to us in the exact time frames requested to the NEC (a notoriously difficult venue) two days in a row and in perfect condition.
And the cupcakes themselves were beautiful and delicious. They smelled so good; lots of people at the event came over to our booth purely because they could smell them and it had made them hungry!
Kamila also wrote me a lovely card and provided me with some cupcakes of my own as a thank you which was an amazing personal touch.
Overall, The Cravery delivered a spectacular service and we will definitely turn to them again in the future for any baking needs!

The Cravery has become my go to for cakes. They are always willing to help even with a less than 72 hour notice period they still made a personalised custom made design for my sons birthday! Not only are the cakes a work of art they taste delicious too! They deliver on time and ensure the cakes are packaged well! The website has a huge choice and you can choose flavours and fillings easily. Fantastic cakes with amazing service!

I had the most amazing experience. I text and got reply back instantly which I didn't expect as I've text others and I'm still waiting. Absolutely perfect and tasted amazing
The whole experience from start to end has been faultless :). The Cravery made the most beautiful 30th birthday cake for my best friend that we have ever seen. So so grateful, she absolutely loved it!
I have never had a special cake made from an independent cake company before but I found the whole process so easy with Cravery, as soon as I ordered they messaged me straight away to see if I had any questions and if I would like to personalise the cake in anyway. They went over and above to make it exactly what I had in mind. They kept in touch the whole time and the delivery was also faultless.
It was absolutely perfect and tasted amazing :). I went for chocolate cake, with vanilla buttercream and salted caramel sauce - it was insane! Thank you so much.

Very disappointed! I do NOT recommend!
Very disappointed! The cake I received was NOT how it was advertised on their website. On their website, there was real candy on top of the cake, which was part of the reason why I decided to chose this company. I was quite disappointed to see an ugly, faded picture of candy rather than REAL candy on top of the cake. I would NOT recommend this company! Additionally, the box that the cake came was flimsy and cheap. I just had one of the cupcakes and the icing has this disgusting taste and the cupcake was dry. My son's birthday is tomorrow and Im assuming that the icing on the actual cake will have the same disgusting taste as the icing. I am jus disappointed across the board with this company!Do NOT use!

The lollipop used on your cake was different from the one shown on our website, and we acknowledge that. Due to ongoing post-COVID supply challenges, we were unable to source the exact item from our regular supplier. We explored alternatives at three different local shops and made multiple attempts to contact you for guidance before making a design decision. In the absence of a response, we proceeded with a colour-matching edible print to ensure the overall aesthetic of the cake remained consistent.
As outlined in our terms and conditions:
“Whilst an exact match of a provided picture cannot be guaranteed, we will endeavour to meet your requirement as far as possible. Creating a cake is an art and may be subject to variations.”
We’d also like to highlight that we accommodated several custom requests at no additional charge—including two different flavours, a personalised photo of your son, and the Bermuda flag. These were honoured with care and without added costs, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Shortly after your message, our manager made a personal call within the hour to better understand your concerns and offer a resolution, but unfortunately, the call was not answered, and our number was subsequently blocked.
Regarding the cake itself, we do understand that taste and texture are highly personal preferences. Our recipes are handcrafted and loved by many of our loyal customers, though we respect that they may not be to everyone’s liking. However, we do wish to note that your review was posted across our platforms prior to the cake being cut, which limits the opportunity for constructive feedback.
After carefully reviewing your communication and the pattern of reviews posted across other businesses, we feel that the situation may not be resolvable. While we sympathise with your disappointment, we respectfully stand by the efforts and care our team invested in fulfilling your order.
Important for all customers: If you’re ever dissatisfied with the quality of any of our products, please return the item in full (not the leftovers), and we will issue a full refund. This is part of our complaint policy and does not affect your statutory rights.
