Awful

Awful. Claim they have delivered my package, a book, but the picture shows left it outside the stairwell and it's clearly been stolen. Even if it hadn't been stolen, leaving a book outside in cardboard packaging exposed to Scottish weather is just wrong.

Suspicious company

Why does this company keep sending me kids tattoos and stickers for no reason? I have no idea why they do this. It's very weird and I want them to stop.
They have them 'securely' delivered by Yodel....what's it about. Delivery person knocking on my door to deliver 4 tattoos measuring no more than an average phone, and won't post them through door. This has to be scam motivated??

A Pointless Company

I don't really understand why this company exists or what benefit anyone can get from dealing with them as their entire business model seems to involve inserting themselves in the supply chain between the seller and the carrier and, as a consequence, causing anything one orders to take significantly longer to arrive.
It's truly bizarre, they seem to exist purely to make the experience of online shopping even more frustrating and annoying than it already is and that, to me at least, does not sound like a good idea.

Truly terrible

Truly terrible. I ordered a book of Amazon which has still not arrived three weeks later. The tracking information says the book has been returned to the seller as the parcel was undeliverable. This is rubbish as I live in a freely accessible area & get deliveries all the time. I will never buy from any company that uses the delivery group.

Absolutely a pile of shit as they have…

Absolutely a pile of shit as they have yodel with them
Nothing on their tracking site saying it was out for delivery so they turned up when I was out for 20 mins
Rebooked next day still nothing on tracking got hold of someone who could have been anywhere in the world probably with my parcel so waited in all day didn't go nowhere and nothing

Automated bots and a 💩 service

Unsure what the parcel is but I was notified it was enroute to be delivered and I was away so requested to a inpost locker. It hasn’t updated in over two weeks. After contact inpost and going around in circles with their automated bot I finally spoken to a human and was advised they don’t know where it’s from, what the parcel look alike and it may have been placed in another pile and lost. They said continue to wait. The thing is I order many things and I’m still waiting for many so I don’t even know which company it is. Needless to say the delivery group is a 💩

Bad.

This Delivery Group do not update package deliveries.
They do not deliver even when a package is at the destination to be delivered.
It may say "out for delivery Friday" but it is now Saturday.
Replies to e-mails do not happen.

Atrocious, Unacceptable Service

Just received some critical paperwork concerning my pension... which took this company ELEVEN DAYS to deliver.
I would not be exaggerating to say that I could walk from where I live to the pension company - and then home again - in less time.
If you work for a company and are responsible for picking a supplier to deliver your letters and parcels, do not touch this company with a barge-pole - you will simply end up receiving endless complaints from angry customers. Don't be foolish and don't let this clown show tank your business for you. Stick with a reputable supplier.

Stayed home all day waiting for my…

Stayed home all day waiting for my parcel as I was expecting it to arrive today. Didn't ring the bell or get a phone call, just a notification saying my order was cancelled because "customer refused parcel"?! Did they even bother trying to find the right place or....?

I thought Evri was bad but I'm not surprised now that I've seen all the other reviews on here!

I'm so appalled I've signed up just to write my first review!

Bad Practices. Avoid The Delivery Group.

Today I received a small package of magazines I regularly distribute for a charity. But this time the package also included a large batch of leaflets relating to some random electrical item, totally unrelated to the charity magazines. Reading other reviews has shown that this is not a one off practice for THE DELIVERY GROUP. I don't know what they're playing at. But I don't trust them.

Driver’s Uncooperative and Disruptive Behavior

The driver blocked the car park exit. I politely asked him to move slightly so I could take my car out, but he refused, insisting only on unloading his items.

Such selfish behavior reflects poorly on the company’s management. This kind of attitude and conduct only makes matters worse.

My Amazon order has TDG as a courier

My Amazon order has TDG as a courier. I got a notice that seller has dispatched my order. It was first supposed to be delivered 17th of april and then it changed to 22th of april.
Well, it didnt arrive today and I called customer service. They have no record of my package and the order tracking code is not working.
Never ordering anything if they are going to be the courier firm. Lesson learned.

First time using this company, terrible ratings, won’t be getting my hopes up.

Was meant to receive one small makeup item yesterday but it didn’t come. Checked the tracking through Amazon which is where I’ve ordered this item from, now says it will be delivered today but it’s nearly 7pm and I am pretty sure it isn’t going to turn up yet again. This is the first time I’ve ordered an item with Amazon using this company as a delivery service if that’s what you want to call it. But what I don’t understand is it arrived in Springfield in Essex depot at 5ish in the morning today and then go to check the tracking again and at 3ish this afternoon today it is now saying it’s arrived back at the same depot???? Will I actually receive my item? I’ve phoned Amazon up and they said it should arrive today by 10pm and I said but it’s gone back to the same depot with several hours apart, whereas those extra hours should of arrived at my address. She said give it til tomorrow by 10pm if it doesn’t arrive request a refund. It’s taken days as it is to receive this item, i am really annoyed because it’s an item I need now as I have run out of this makeup. But now after reading the reviews I’ve lost all hope and I am not going to lie but the reviews of scams and parcels with nothing inside or kids toys being delivered makes me anxious. I will give them til tomorrow evening to get this item delivered which I’m pretty sure won’t happen. Will definitely be making sure I steer clear from this company. If I could give it 0 stars I will. Surely as a company seeing all these bad reviews you would of thought they would improve their services but the bad reviews are all the way back to 2021 and 1.5 star is a very low rating on Trustpilot, surely as a company you should be concerned and sort yourself out but 4 years on and still more really bad reviews. This company needs to be investigated on, terrible service. Avoid!!!!

Update: My item came today 😊 . It did originally state on the tracker late last night that it would be delivered on 1st April. Wasn’t happy having to wait even longer so called Amazon and they said they had an update that I couldn’t see that said it is out for delivery today. I received the item nice and securely this morning. So I take back the 1 star, it would have just been nice if the tracking details were updated for me. Thank you.
