Needed some up to date skincare advice, the guy I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and knew everything about the skin care range I was using. All my orders always arrive promptly and well packaged. Would not order from anywhere else now.

Excellent customer service
I have used this company a couple of times but just wanted to emphasis how fantastic their customer service is.
I placed an order online but only after paying did I realise that I hadn't ordered enough to get free delivery. I phoned them, they answered immediately (which is not the case with loads of online shops) and were able to cancel the order so I could place it again.
