I made my first purchase and I have never had a better experience any where else.
I will use the dye depot for any future purchases, even if I have to wait longer if they run out. I can say that I do not worry about if I will get what I ordered. Or if it will be the quality I was hoping for. They went above and beyond for me to make sure that I was satisfied. I was in contact with them every day when I had any questions or concerns. They had answers and if not they made sure to get them and contact me right away. My contact was super helpful going beyond what was necessary and beyond what was expected. Very friendly and made sure that me being happy was top priority. They have excellent product as well and have made a customer for life. I wish every company was so customer friendly and professional. Thanks to the person I was emailing who ever you are you made my holidays one of the best yet.
