The Fish Works Pond Shop Avaliações

Just picked up a chicken strips and chips to eat on ferry before starting Nightshift. No better way to start a shift. Delicious as always

The Fish Works is always my first port of call. There is a good stock range, a website which is very user friendly, and the processing of orders is prompt and efficient. Good advice is freely given if you need it. My fish and I love The Fish Works:)

The website was easy to use, and the prices were great, the speed of dispatch was awesome. Definitely use The Fish Works again

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great customer service!

Love the lilies. They look so good in the pond, and the fish love them.

I received the wrong item at first. However, The Fish Works gladly sent me the correct item. Ihave dealt with The Fish Works on a few occasions and can only highly recommend them.

Fast service, product in stock, quick turnaround. No fish were harmed in the process.

Amelia could not be more patient and helpful. Had good suggestions and was quick to respond

The item was in stock and shipped immediately.

Excellent customer service. Great price and super fast delivery.

Would highly recommend

Delivered quickly just before Christmas and at the right price.

Fast service, good product!

I had an unusual inquiry about a water pump and when I called the person was very knowledgeable and responsive, and promptly emailed me everything I needed to get it sorted. Once I bought the pump it was express couriered to me - I received it in a couple of days (Sydney metro). Great experience

Very helpful thank you . Best wishes with the move . Judy Webb

Each and every time I need something from Fishworks they display consistent amazing, knowlegeable service. Efficient, great easy to use website and supe fast on every aspect of my orders. The communication and help offered is exceptional.

4 Stars for the ordering, payment and delivery processes which were all good.

However, Zero Stars for the product (Beneficial Bacteria) which after applying as per the instructions for many weeks, did nothing to clear our pond water. It started out green and is still green.

Since writing the above review earlier today, I have received a full refund from ‘The Fish Works’ and some helpful advice and ideas re clearing the green water in our pond.
Thank you. 🙂
