Theft Stop Avaliações

Andre was Excellent throughout from start to finish so professional with a great product, if you are looking to protect your prize asset which in my case was my Motorhome I highly recommend getting in touch with Theft stop and having a bear lock product fitted.

From requesting a quote for a Bear Lock to the prompt reply and appointment confirmation. Dealing with Andre from Theft Stop was excellent. Andre arrived at our home and had the Bear Lock unit installed in our motorhome in just over an hour. Great service from a great guy from a great business.

Good communication throughout the process.
Very polite and helpful
Took care when working on the vehicle putting protective measures in leaving the vehicle with no signs work had been done.

Fantastic Company, Correspondence and Service. So happy with my Bear Lock. Having it fitted has relieved so much stress of leaving it parked in a non secure location.

Great communication from the team regarding my enquiry. And an excellent professional job carried out by the engineer.

I had a Bearstop transmission lock fitted to my VW California. I was extremely impressed by the professional manner in which the work was carried out by Andre. In particular his attention to detail in ensure that all the trim panels were carefully refitted. Andre went to a lot of trouble to protect the interior of the vehicle, gearshift and steering wheel etc. If only the VW main dealers took this much trouble to respect our vehicles.

It was a pleasure to deal with Andre from start to finish. He managed to fit me in at a closer location and at 6pm so I didn't have to drive another two hours. This saved me four hours of driving. I'm so pleased with the lock and would highly recommend Theftstop.

Did a great job very good very clean work covering seats and floor before he starts 10/10 thanks

It's refreshing to see people who genuinely care about the job they do and the standards they work to. I would highly recommend Theftstop. Keep up the great work.

They've been incredibly professional and reliable, and it's been a really smooth and positive experience. If you need bear lock done, I definitely recommend them. Five stars all the way!

The whole experience and process from placing order to installation was excellent. Andre arrived on time, covered the seats, floor and worked with care ensuring everything worked correctly and clean prior to leaving.
Cannot fault the service.

From my initial communication through to installation, Andre was helpful and attentive to our requirements for installation dates as we had planned the fitting around the NEC show. On arrival a van inspection was performed to ensure any scratches/marks were accounted for. Seat covers, steering wheel/gear protection was fitted. I sat and watched him install my lock in a professional and courteous manner ensuring I was happy with the result and was able to use it prior to leaving. I will recommend this company to my friends.

Had my bearlock installed at home today, prompt efficient friendly service. An extra layer of security for my campervan that appears to be very practical and simple to use. Based on my experience today and the communication I had prior to the visit I would highly recommend them

From start to finish Jaro & Andrej gave a first class service, prompt responses from my enquiry email, phone calls to arrange the installation, and arrived bang on time, great job on the installation, and made a brilliant job, quality product, great service, well recommended.

They fitted me in at quite short notice with an excellent service on fitting and after as I had trouble with no gears on my first drive out a few days later - Andre actually came back to my home to South Wales a good few hours drive after my phone call in case it was related, he then ran through all the fitting info and explained how it’s not anything he had done and suggested it could be the clutch had gone -IT WAS - the after sale service they provide is second to none 100% recommend to any one

Really easy to contact them and made an appointment to have it fitted at their location. Fitting was quick on my VW T6. Andre was really friendly and expertly fitted the device in just over an hour or so. Really satisfied with the professional and efficient service provided.

Andre was brilliant. Very accommodating and very kind of him to offer to fit on a Saturday for me. Excellent product and excellent service. I would highly recommend this service for peace of mind for your vehicle and for the service that Theftstop provide.
