A nightmare. I ordered a present on 29 November. I haven’t received any confirmation e mail or the goods. You can’t talk to a person just a machine telling me to wait a few hours. I have waited a week!!!! I tried to go on to my account but my password is wrong. I tried to change it but after 4 attempts I haven’t received any emails. The address is correct as they send me special offers. The helpline is most unhelpful. Of course they have been paid.

Went with some friends and had the best time! Loads of games to pick, plenty of drink choices which was great for our Friday night out, and we ordered some pizzas to share which we loved. The staff were lovely too, and readily helped up with recommendations when we asked! Definitely will be visiting again soon

Games Table is such a wonderful way to have fun and learn lots of new games with your family and friends. Such a wide variety of games, with very attentive and friendly staff!

We booked a table for 4 hours and had a great time! Huge selection of games of varying types and complexity. I'm currently on crutches and while there were a few steps it was easily manageable and the staff were very quick to offer help, even carried my snacks over to the table for me. I'm also gluten intolerant and the gluten free pizza was lovely, for once I wasn't jealous of my partner and in-laws food, although the massive hot dogs they had did look very tasty. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, will definitely be back, looking to make this a monthly event.

The Games Table is a great and welcoming venue for all sorts of gaming in Norwich. Friendly staff, an inclusive atmosphere, and nicely set up wargaming tables.

Fantastic venue for any card gamer/board gamer or experienced table-top wargamer. Staff are super friendly and the prices in my opinion are more than fair. Atmosphere is always fun and the store well maintained and lit. In a world of the dying high street it's important we rally to the ones we love.

I have visited The Games Table twice to date, once to browse the shop as a spontaneous look around. My second visit, I brought some friends to also browse along with me. However, my second visit turned into a impromptu games session! It didn’t take much for us to just decide to stay a while and get a table, and with the help and friendly exchange with the staff it was super easy to get seated! We stayed the full four hour slot we had and played a multitude of games, to which the staff were extremely encouraging of! The general atmosphere and kind nature of the place was extremely welcoming! My group and I had a great night and have decided to book a table for a future session!

The best place in norwich to relax and play some games.
I have spent many evenings playing dnd at the games table and have also stopped in in the day time with the kids while my partner shops and can say I have never been anywhere else that has their level of customer service.
The staff are frendly, helpful and even do a table service when we are in the middle of playing dnd so we don't have to stop playing! And I don't think they have to do this they just genuinely care that everyone is having a great time.
I can't recommend it enough, if you're in the city check them out.

We had a brilliant time at the games table, having organised a surprise birthday party there for a games-loving family member. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and the staff were super-helpful both before and during our visit. It was my first experience of a games cafe and it was such fun that we’ll be sure to return next time we’re in Norwich.

I go here regularly for board games with my wife, Warhammer table usage with friends and for the organised Warhammer table leagues and absolutely love it.

The staff are lovely and always happy to help. The atmosphere is always awesome and there's a great selection of snacks and drinks on offer to boot!

The shop is great too and I won't buy my Warhammer supplies anywhere else now!!

I stumbled upon The Games Table by accident when it used to be at the old venue and have loved it ever since. Seeing it grow how it has since then has been awesome.

The whole place feels like a lovely welcoming community and if you haven't been yet you're seriously missing out!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know what a fabulous store " The Games Table" is! My Son and I regularly play 40k here at the weekends. The Staff are always welcoming, and interested in your games. The atmosphere is great, and I often see families coming in and using the great board game library. In my opinion "The Games Table" is nicest , and most welcoming gaming store in Norwich.

So much fun, all of the board games you can imagine and fun approachable staff that are so knowledgeable.

Booked a table for two to play some games. Was a great space and the staff were friendly. We were left to explore the games library ourselves which was great but we also knew exactly where to go if we had a question and we saw other customers receive advice on what games to play for a particular purpose. This was great because sometimes you don't need to be 'sold' anything. It was a great place to chill!

Went in randomly one evening with my Dad and we had a great time playing classic games from my youth. Very welcoming staff and great selection of drinks and snacks on offer.

An absolute must when in Norwich!

I have only been in this store once but found that more than enough. Although I had a friendly welcome, the atmosphere was not great and there was this huge white dog that whined continuously, smelt and was allowed to wander round. Aside from the welcome, the staff didn't speak to me or ask if I needed help as I browsed - they were too engaged in their own conversations. Not sure if they were having an off day as other reviews seem fine, but my experience was poor.

Edit: the visit was at the end of January. The atmosphere was just cold. It felt as if you had your own friends in the shop so need not bother with new customers. The dog was not held, with it's owner sat busy with his friends. Although more a bad reflection of him, you should be enforcing your rules for the sake of people who may be scared of dogs. I appreciate your prompt response however and as I said, maybe I just visited at the wrong time.
