I agree with recent complaints about collagen mouth tape. Do not buy them ! They will make your lips worse not improve them! Plus GOAT’s customer service is terrible and unresponsive! have used the normal GOAT mouth tape and bought a 6-mth supply to try the new collagen tape, but suffered severe reaction on my lips after 2 wears with blisters, constant burning and tingling sensation my lips were so dehydrated all day it took 6 days of constant application of lip cream to recover. I do not have sensitive skin. I tried the collagen lip tape one more night to see if that was the problem, and again I had the same immediate reaction the next day which took 6 days to restore my lips to original condition. After writing 2 customer contact requests and trying to call GOAT’s mobile phone number several times (goes straight to a message bank) I have been waiting 2 weeks for a response so now i will seek full refund for the 6 months of collagen mouth tape.

Have not heard from their customer service after emailing last Wednesday and attempting further contact another 2 times. Had a reaction to their new collagen mouth tape and would love to return the unopened packets since I had bought a 3month pack, but will likely have to do a charge back if they continue to not respond. The nose strips are comparable to others I've tried, so 3 stars overall

I was sceptical at first, how could a little sticky nose strip open up my nose.

Well was I proven wrong, it is an amazing product and got once I can actually breath through my nose. I wear it to bed every night and will be trialling it in my swims. Excited to try the mouth strips too.

This has genuinely changed my husband’s life. (Mine too lol)
For the first time since I’ve met him, I can’t hear him sleeping. I was so sceptical but honestly such a good purchase.

I tried using the black tapes, but they were too itchy for my skin. I then switched to the transparent ones, which only worked for a few days. Unfortunately, my skin is very sensitive, and I kept getting pimples on my nose, so I couldn’t even complete the three‑month treatment.

I also didn’t realise I was subscribed to receive a new order every three months, and I missed the 72‑hour notification email — that was my mistake. However, after the first quick reply from customer service informing me that the $155 would not be refunded, they stopped responding altogether.

I asked if I could return the tapes at my own cost through the post office so I could at least recover part of the money, but again, no reply. I truly hope that $150 makes a meaningful difference to the company.

Extremely disappointing experience. The company states that shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided within 24–48 hours, yet this was not delivered.

What is most unacceptable is the complete lack of response from customer service. I reached out regarding my order status and received no reply whatsoever. No acknowledgment, no update, and no communication at all.

There has been no effort to respond or provide any information, despite a clear customer enquiry.

Amazing responsive customer service team

Good communication via email. Customer service staff is polite and responses within 24 hours. My son uses black strips which helps him breath through his nose instead of mouth.
Highly recommendable for anyone having sleep problem or breathing through their mouth only.
Especially good for children as breathing through their nose could affect their brain health or growth.

The nose tapes work really well, and I use them every day. When there was an issue with one of the deliveries, the customer support team sorted it out in a friendly and efficient way, and sent a replacement. Pleasure doing business with them

Great product, I've tried a few different ones and these perform the best. Customer service is great as well, I'd ordered a particular type that weren't suited for me and they were swapped out no problems.
