Jay, the Good Heating Co engineer who fitted our new boiler, was personable, polite, efficient, clearly highly skilled and explained the operation of the super whizzy Nest system with admirable clarity (no mean task, as I’m a technological numptie). There was minimal disruption (I worked from home throughout the installation) and most of the work was completed in a single day. Our system is now properly balanced, so we have for the first time effective central heating over four floors. We had no complaints at all.

Easy to book my annual service. I got plenty of notice from Frank the engineer who rang to let me know he was on the way. Punctual arrival. He seemed very efficient and was polite and courteous. He also adjusted the three radiators in the attic and they now function well. I have an annual contract with them. I've been with this company a number of years and am happy to recommend them

I did have to do quite a bit of chasing up, but I guess it's because they're so busy. If it wasn't for the chasing up, it would have been 5 stars.

They've increased their price for an annual service contract by £30 since last year.
They made a mistake with the expiry date but they quickly corrected it.

Honest. Fixed the problem
They were recommended by our neighbours. Came quickly and resolved a leak. We spoke to them about changing the system and they were honest in their appraisal. Would definitely use again.

Was able to arrange an appointment on a day/time that suited me. Engineer rang shortly before the appointment advising that he was on his way and turned up bang on time. He used protective overshoes and carried out the boiler service in a prompt and professional manner, with no mess and no hidden fees.
