Fantastic level of service + help
Fantastic level of service from the team at Good Sheet. Not only were they very helpful when ordering and collecting (they had someone there to help load my van with the plywood sheets, and cut them in half for me), but when one of the sheets has damage to the front surface they replaced it without issue. Really wonderful level of service and help. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for plywood or other sheet materials, and will be using them as my go to supplier. Thank you.

Wrong size delivered
Not very helpful, wanted in millimetres sent in centimetres, however blamed us when we ordered, I have nothing on email to advise what size I ordered, so no leg to stand on, will not help, also expensive I should of stuck with previous company I use, £60 for firewood

First visit here - the front office and back room staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating with solution offering at a great price.

We're genuinely sorry for the experience you've had and completely understand your frustration.
As discussed during our phone conversation on Friday evening, we are so disappointed that your order had not been handled as it should have been. We explored a couple of possible solutions to rectify the situation, but unfortunately neither were suitable given the time already passed. At that stage, the only resolution available was to process a full refund, although I appreciate that this was not an ideal outcome and that it doesn't make up for the inconvenience caused.
Your refund was actioned immediately following our call, however refunds can take a few working days to appear depending on your payment provider.
We fully accept that we let you down on this occasion and are sincerely sorry for both the delay and the disappointment caused. I only wish we had been able to offer a more helpful resolution once we were made aware of what had happened.
We do appreciate all feedback and have already started to review internal processes to ensure things like this don’t happen in the future.

Ordered through the website. Order process was great - very clear and user friendly website. Delivery charges shown up front so no surprises at checkout. Cuts done as ordered and the price was right. Will be using these guys a lot more.
