Where's my Order?
I purchased a product over two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Nobody called or emailed to tell me there's been a delay or that it wasn't in stock - despite receiving an email to say that my order had been dispatched, it hadn't. Only by me phoning up to discover where my order was, I have now discovered it won't be here for another week - very disappointing and frustrating

Only needed a new return lead for my old Clarke welder but they went out of their way to supply me with a complete clamp, lead , plug and socket to give it a new lease of life.
Price was as good as anything online too!
Excellent local business for all welding needs.

Excellent service
