Probably a scam, or so poorly managed that it acts like one.
My son ordered some cards from the website on the 12th June. The order (ORDER TGNSS-5119) was allegedly shipped on the 17th June. Nothing has come through the post by now (7th July) and I have received no answer to my emails (2nd of July and 5th July). Needless to say nobody answers the phone number that goes straight to an automated message. Stay away from this lot, you'd be just wasting your money and time.

After waiting for more then a couple of weeks, I must say I got worried, and checked reviews, which were quite negative.
After emailing them couple of times, they did reply back and it was sorted, I got my parcel few days later.
I suggest for those of you who are waiting, do email them til they reply!!

Ordered for my nephew, when it hadn't arrived after a week I read the reviews abd thought all was lost, contacted by email to be assured by Jon that the courier had picked up the parcel and was with them, he would chase it up!
Next day the courier delivered, although almost 2 weeks late, product received and kept in loop throughout.

Not used before but I will certainly recommend you to other people and use again. The product is great, service was quick and I'm very happy.

Seems I was scammed. Ordered $80 worth in Dec 2021. No communication after the initial email confirming my order. Nothing. Attempted to contact via email and through Shopify. Zero response. Zero indication the order was ever shipped. Literally the only confirmable thing that happened was the order was submitted and they took my money. They are either scammers or terrible at e-business. Stay away from this one, lots of pretty things on their website, but you'll never see them based on my experience and that of other reviewers here.

UPDATE 11/22: After sending another message via Shopify, I received a Shopify notice of a refund on my order, nearly a year after it was placed. Checked my credit card, and sure enough, they refunded me most (not all for some reason) of my money. Still no communication of any sort. So if you think they ripped you off, persist with emails, and log complaints through Shopify if possible.

Long wait but it arrived finally and was as ordered

Don’t purchase my wee boy has spent £60 and has nothing to show for it scammers should be ashamed of themselves parcel saying not yet delivered to couriers and no response anymore on email !!
I have now had a refund and a freebie box has been dispatched fingers crossed

I bought a PL score box, I never got a box and they don't respond to email

if they do not return the money within 3 days, I will contact the lawyer and the police to resolve it

Spent a great deal of money. No reply for 5 days. I contacted on Facebook , they said will ship out that day or next day. Website said shipped after that. 3 weeks later nothing. Went to Facebook again , they said they would give refund. If shipped why would they not say the order was shipped. I think their facebook messenger replies automatically By what is said in ones comment's and no true human is is running this so called company . it is just an automated scam no orders ever sent just taking peoples money. No one ever answers their phone either. Stay away.

I ordered Panini Score 21/22 and never recieved the product. They don't reply my emails. Should have checked this company on Trustpilot before ordering...

Thieves ordered it never came and when I emailed them they said they will sort which was bull as they just turned off there site

like everyone that orders from this company my parcel never arrived and you cannot get in touch with them at all.
Avoid at all costs! My little brother is now £30 down

Pre ordered item and receive good contact of when pre order would be shipped. Item was shipped nearly a month ago and still not received. Since then not all my emails and phone calls have been ignored and I still do not have my item or a refund. Would not purchase from here again very disappointed.

I ordered Panini cards on an express delivery promise and was told they would send an email when despatched. When I had no confirmation of despatch after 4 days I asked if it had been sent and if not to please cancel order and refund - no reply so I put the same question on their facebook page. I was instantly promised a refund. Paypal advised pending payment received 2 days later but 7 days later it is still pending, I presume due to no funds being in their Paypal account available to pay it. I am chasing the seller (on advice of Paypal!) but now worried that they may not be a genuine company, or that they are in financial difficulty.
I will not be using again.

Exceptional customer service.

There was a minor problem with recent order of mine and the lengths taken by Dan to fix it were amazing. If this level of customer service was applied by large retailers, the world would be a much better place.
