0 stars. Avoid this company at all costs. The Happy Store is nothing short of a scam. They happily take your money for items that are never delivered, then completely ignore you when you try to find out where your order is. Emails go unanswered, customer service is nonexistent, and when they finally bother to respond they hide behind excuses about “issues with the Shop app”, which is irrelevant and frankly insulting to customers who have simply paid for goods they never received.
Instead of doing the decent thing and issuing a refund for items they failed to deliver, they tell customers to raise a chargeback with their bank, effectively admitting they have no intention of resolving the issue themselves. My bank investigated and agreed with me immediately, refunding the payment.
What’s even worse is that after failing to deliver the order and refusing to refund it, this company then had the audacity to dispute the chargeback, essentially trying to take the money again for goods that never existed in the first place. Thankfully, my bank saw straight through it and upheld the claim.
This company’s behaviour is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle, the stress, and the fight to get your own money back.
Original pre order placed in August 2025 for December delivery. No response until January 2026 and company are disputing the chargeback in March 2026. The chancing behaviour!
