The Hearing Clinic Avaliações

The appointment was on time and successful . All the staff were very helpful.

Bridgitte and her team are not only experts in their field they are kind, caring and thoughtful practitioners.

The highly professional yet friendly approach of the staff together with the range of equipment available to assess my hearing needs were the major factors in my review.

good communication skills and caring approach, thank you

Made to feel so welcome and comfortable that I forgot why I was there. Great service and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

My ongoing needs are completely met, giving me total confidence. As I attend regularly I no longer have to worry about ear infections requiring wax removal and struggling with my GP as I was before attending the Hearing Clinic, and previously receiving inappropriate treatment. Brigitte diagnosed my problem and I have been greatly impressed by her expertise and caring treatment.

I waited 3 weeks for my appointment which was for ear wax removal. I thought the wait was long but
During the appointment the audiologist was very good. She even recommended a brilliant child hearing specialist to me as my child is under 5 and most places will not perform hearing tests in children under 5.
They care about their patients and will give good, honest advice and because of this I would recommend them.

Used suction for wax clearing for first time so good.
Very helpful and efficient

Friendly and efficient professional. All good.

Angelique listened very well, was very thorough and professional, tailored her recommendations to my specific needs and was kind and patient throughout.

Was very thorough and explained things very professionally,There was no rushing as there was enough time for the appointment.
Would recommend to friends.

Candice gave me useful scientific and evidence-based information about my hearing I had not known before. I found the consultation enjoyable and very useful.
I must reserve judgement on the success of the hearing aids recommended until they are fitted and I experience them in action

Bridgitte was truly amazing…. ☺️

She quickly established a good bond with my 5 year old son by playing a few games with him.

Hearing aid fitting process went better than expected. My son was quick to accept them (real 1 with domes).

She came highly recommended and that title holds.

Really professional, short waiting time and excellent communication with my 7 year old whilst having the procedure. Would highly recommend.

After a previous experience elsewhere, it was a such relief to find Candice and The Hearing Clinic. She is empathetic and professional and explains everything in exactly the right amount of detail. I received a comprehensive hearing test and my hearing aids were calibrated with the utmost care and accuracy. Her advice on my tinnitus was extremely enlightening and helpful. Thanks to her I can finally hear better using my hearing aids and I have tools to help manage my tinnitus. It’s like being given a new lease of life.

Everyone very pleasant and Trisha who did the hearing test was brilliant and explained everything beautifully so we could understand exactly what was happening.
We were also given plenty of time to ask our own questions.
Will be seeing her again in the future.

It was a great experience, i felt nervous and was put at ease all the way through. 2 week wait for hearing aids and a 4 year plan, great service

Very easy to book, appointment on time . friendly staff
