Brilliant service and first rate knowledge from and extremely professional individual, I would recommend Pete to anybody who has moved into a new build home. Pete was extremely thorough whilst also making little disruption to me whilst he conducted the search of my new home. The knowledge and insight he has into the new build process is second to none and really has assured my partner and I over the quality of our house. Thanks Pete!

Accommodated our weekend Schedule and arrived promptly. Discussed what needed to happen on the day with us as well as the findings after the thorough inspection.
Produced a detailed report which I sent off promptly to the builders.
I would highly recommend without any reservation. Removed a lot of worries for us and is reasonably priced as well. Thanks so much!

Pete was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He was also extremely competitively priced so a definite recommendation on all counts!

Pete is a really nice guy and incredibly thorough in his work and reporting. It’s enabled us to provide a complete list/report of snags back to our builder for fixing. Highly recommended.

Excellent job, very detailed and report back the same day! I couldn’t recommend anymore.

Highly recommend Pete @The House Inspector, from my initial phone call to the inspection and report nothing was to much trouble. Pete answered all my questions and went above and beyond.
Pete found a large number of snags we would possibly have either missed completely or not seen for a long time, the report was detailed and thorough.
The Wine was also a lovely touch.
Thankyou Pete!!!

Great service, very detailed and very responsive. Pete is hugely experienced, very thorough, friendly and supportive. Spent the time reviewing all new build snagging, created a very detailed report and explained the process and how to proceed with our developer.
Recommend his services without any hesitation

Peter was very quick to respond and extremerly professional.

His report was comprehensive and to a very high standard.

Pete conducted a thorough review without being at all intrusive. He identified issues we might have missed and we feel the developer is actioning because of his professional approach.

Pete was very responsive, flexible, and prompt from the point of my initial inquiry all the way through completion of the survey of my new build. The detailed report was with me the same evening. As a Chartered Surveyor in the construction industry myself, I was very conscious of the need to have the most thorough check possible of the property, and Pete did not disappoint. The great reviews of his previous work are absolutely spot on. Every snag has been clearly presented and classified, in a manner that makes it easy to track and close out. I know he will be available to address any queries as well. I highly recommend Pete for any snag surveys you may have - worth every penny, particularly when considering your house is likely the biggest investment you will ever make. Thank you Pete!

Very happy with the inspection and the report. Pete thoroughly inspected the house with great attention to detail. Having identified and well summarised findings by an expert is of great help to resolve the defects for a new build. Thanks Pete!

I was really impressed with Mr Pete visited us and completed a thorough survey over several hours. He explained some of the findings as he went and how they related to NHBC requirements, and really made me feel reassured.
He was a lovely guy who put me at ease and produced a very professional and detailed report for us to send to our developers.
I’d highly recommend anyone buying a new build property to use the house inspector snagging services

He is very kind, efficient and observant, and can clearly point out the problems of the property.

Pete did the snagging inspection on my new house and the service was amazing. The report he produced was extremely detailed and very helpful. I couldn't have spotted most of the snags which Pete did. He has a huge amount of experience with house builds and he picks up every small detail as he works his way round the property. If buying a newbuild property, an independent snagging inspection is a must and money well spent. Pete is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend his service to anyone buying a newly built property.

Pete was easy to contact from the get go. He is very responsive to emails and didn’t mind that I changed the plans 3 times! He arrived promptly and delivered a thorough report promptly too. I would definitely recommend and for the price vs size of the house and work he completed, I was very pleased!

Pete was so thorough and clearly takes immense pride in his work which really shows. He worked meticulously without being invasive and has a lot of experience. Having Pete’s report will really help the conversations with our developer. Highly recommend using for your snagging.

Very thorough and detailed inspection thank you house inspector!

A superb and detailed report from Pete has helped us now approach our builder to finally get our house right. Pete spent so much time going through all aspects of our build and picked up things I would never have noticed. I would highly recommend this service...even if you think 'to the eye' everything looks right. Because its probably not!!! Thanks again Pete, Matt H

We asked Pete to snag our three bed home and his service was simply faultless. A really great guy; turned up when he said he would with great communication beforehand, and the service was brilliant. Pete has an eye for detail and found so many snags we would never have found. His report was turned around on the same day and thoroughly outlined exactly what the issue was and what the builders needed to do to put it right.

Definitely worthwhile, and a lovely touch with a bottle of wine for our home.

Thanks again, Pete!

Pete was very thorough and had time for my questions I asked. Service was top notch would recommend.
