Ordered swim shorts, swim top and yoga pants
I recently ordered swim shorts, a swim top and yoga pants. I had a great experience! The swim shorts were loose when worn in water so I returned one pair for a smaller size.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPANY SEND ME A NEW SIZE WITHOUT HAVING TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL ONES I PURCHASED THAT DID NOT FIT.
ALSO, THE QUALITY OF THESE LEGGINGS IS SOFT AND THE PRICE IS SUCH A WONDERFUL DEAL. I’M SURE I WILL ENJOY THESE LEGGINGS FOR A LONG TIME!

top notch company and products
The products and the team that create and work for Iuga give me hope that not all goodness is lost in the world. Not all companies are just full of greed. The products I have purchased, which are many, contribute to my comfort and the way I feel as I take care of my body. Excellent leggings and bras for working out and lounging. There was a product that just didn't work for me and they rectified it immediately, no hassle. How refreshing! Plus I feel pretty darn sexy in my leggings! The butter line is just that. So freaking soft. No camel toe, thank you! Just great stuff! Thanks Iuga!

I ordered a pair of the Scrunch Butt…
I ordered a pair of the Scrunch Butt Lifting leggings in a size M and they were a little big. After emailing customer service, I received a prompt and courteous response, in which they offered to send a size S, for no charge, and let me keep the pair I originally bought.
I absolutely loved the fabric and how soft it is. A lot of my other leggings are more of a spandex material, which is fine, but these feel smooth and buttery, as described. I'm excited for my new pair to arrive.
Top notch customer service and I'm grateful that IUGA has gone out of their way to work on resolving a mistake that I made.

The leggings didn’t fit like I wanted so I contacted the company and they responded within hours to work something out. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be ordering in the future. Highly recommend!

The customer service team is superb !!!! I love love the butter lab leggings- the material is extremely soft but supportive as well and hugs you without compressing the skin at the waistline !
I wear these leggings all the time and could not recommend them enough !
More colors please ! I would love to see a toffee caramel shade for the summer !

Oh my gosh I love how everything fits. My sports bra is too big. Instead of returning it. IUGA in customer service apologized let me keep the bra. I went for the gift card.

By far my favorite leggings!!
By far my favorite leggings!!! Customer service is outstanding and prompt. These are comparable to the ultra expensive leggings but way better value. I wear a pair almost everyday, sometimes multiple. I have winter ones for outside hikes/walks with the dogs and around the house buttery soft ones. So comfortable and flexible use.
