This is specifically for the Kitchen Depot - Dumbarton Branch.

My Mum is located in East Renfrewshire but we knew of the Dumbarton Branch of the kitchen depot and their good reviews so we approached them on behalf of Mum. They were out to take a look in a short timescale and turned around the design stage and selections also in a short timescale, with the fitting scheduled in well in advance of my expectations.

Mum is in her 70's and work like this can be stressful but it was all managed really well By Richard and Vincent. All the trades were brilliant and turned up when they said they would, communicated well with Mum and she loved having them in the flat.

I did most of the organising and from my perspective it was simple, straight forward. I work in property management and manage kitchen refit programmes and so know how badly things can go. It was seamless from my perspective and the team were really responsive to any enquiries I had.

Yes they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and Mum is loving her new kitchen and I am loving how easy it all was from start to finish.

We visited the Oxford branch and used their supply only service for our kitchen replacement. The showroom is much bigger than it looks and shows a very wide range of different kitchens available. Tea helped us design and order our kitchen. She couldn’t have been more patient and helpful making sure that the layout made sense for our space and incorporated everything we asked for. We did their supply only service and they were able to order the kitchen quickly to fit in with when our fitter wanted to start. The finished product looks amazing and everything feels really good quality. Thanks Tea for all your help!

We found The Kitchen Depot staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Sarah greeted us with a smile and helped us to the right place. We had purchased a plinth, which unfortunately only came in 3m length, and Chris was kind enough to cut it for us when he realized it wouldn't fit into our car. Chris, we hope the jam doughnuts made it to you as a little thank you. Thank you again.

We recently moved house and went straight back to Jill at the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs to do our kitchen again. We couldn’t go anywhere else after the first kitchen was so great and we are equally as delighted with the service and kitchen we received this time. Every part of the process is smooth and quick. We would highly highly recommend.

From start to finish the service has been amazing. Everything from the first consultation, planning and installation went according to the schedule. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and absolutely delighted with the new kitchen and all its appliances. Would definitely recommend the Kitchen Depot in Bishopbriggs to anyone thinking of having a new kitchen installed. The company provides a very bespoke service.

Disappointing experience with Kitchen Depot Telford

We initially chose Kitchen Depot Telford because we loved the kitchen design, and Oliver was very helpful. Unfortunately, the installation and aftercare have been extremely disappointing.

During the installation, we discovered a broken pane of glass in our garage door, poor plastering, electrical waste scattered around our living room, and stolen spare sockets and screws. The kitchen was regularly left messy, and on completion there were numerous issues, including a chipped sink, poorly finished worktops, kickboards held in place with wooden wedges, a screw that scratched our new dishwasher, and a fridge that didn’t fit properly.

We raised our concerns with Ian, our fitter and project manager, and later with Chris, who acknowledged the problems and arranged for a decorator to improve the plastering. However, some issues remain unresolved.

Over a year later, we are still chasing outstanding work. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, communication has been virtually non-existent, and we have received no satisfactory resolution.

It’s such a shame because we genuinely love the kitchen itself. However, the poor workmanship, lack of communication and lack of aftercare have turned what should have been an exciting experience into a stressful and disappointing one.

We have given Kitchen Depot Telford ample opportunity to put things right, but we are now considering referring the matter to the appropriate outside agencies.

Sadly, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Kitchen Depot Telford.

Having had my kitchen expertly fitted by Jill and the Bishopbriggs team, I returned for my new project as a delighted previous customer. This time I have fitted out two rooms as a large utility and boot room with butler sink plus office with floor to ceiling storage larders along one wall.
Yet again I have been blown away by the superb quality and dedication to achieving another perfect finish. I highly recommend the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs for unmatched care, attention and service.

Antony and Petrina we’re great to deal with at the Falkirk depot and would recommend anyone considering a new kitchen to visit this depot, I would also like to mention that Gergi the joiner who fitted our worktops was a first class tradesman with a keen eye for a perfect finish

Outstanding service from start to finish—even years later! The KITCHEN DEPOT DUMBARTON.
This company didn't just do an amazing job installing our kitchen; their after-sales support is truly exceptional. Recently, our washing machine slipped out of alignment, causing the cupboard door to misbehave.
They sent out a polite young man who sorted the issue quickly and professionally. It is so rare to find a company that cares just as much about its customers after they’ve been paid. Highly recommended!

I have had an excellent experience with the Kitchen Depot Oxford branch from start to finish. My designer was Tea. She really listened to my requirements and tried her best to accommodate all of them and if it was not possible to make alternative suggestions. Any problems, and there weren't many, were sorted promptly and efficiently. The outcome is a fantastic excellent quality kitchen that makes me smile every time I enter 😊
A special thank you must be made to the kitchen fitters they recommended, Graham alias Ringo and Matthew alias Jenks. They are both polite, extremely talented in their own ways, work really hard and compliment each other, tidy and have done a superb job.

I had a clear idea what I wanted from my new kitchen and a tight reign on the budget, so my initial thought was that I’d have no choice but to buy a flat packed, mass produced kitchen and make do!

Oh how wrong I was!

I visited the Bristol showroom after an initial home visit survey, and was bowled over by their impressive display and warm welcome. However it was during the design phase that Sarah and Brads expertise and attention to detail became apparent.

And it was clever… very, very clever.. how they balanced effectively using the space, customising a cabinet for the ugly boiler and delivering a dream kitchen within my budget was, quite simply, exceptional.

I opted for CAPLE appliances to be integrated too, for the added reassurance of dealing with one point of contact.

Sarah helped me to coordinate with their trusted team of installers too - ensuring that I didn’t have to wait too long for the dream to start to become a reality.

I cannot fault the quality of the cabinets, the exceptional level of service from The Kitchen Depot Bristol - as Sarah even visited my home on the day of delivery to ensure that all was well and was readily available throughout the installation period.

During the installation I had a bit of a wobble in confidence in a third party provider of Quartz, so my only regret was not entrusting Sarah and Brads recommended provider with that element too.

I am absolutely in love with my fabulous new kitchen and, if planning permission is granted, will be back for their help with a proposed utility room next year.

If there is one tip I would give potential customers, it would be to ensure that you budget for a waste service, as the company take so much care in protecting the cabinets, doors etc, there is much more waste than I had naively anticipated.

But the biggest tip I would offer is to work with The Kitchen Depot. I have recommended the Bristol team to everyone I know who is contemplating a new kitchen - I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough!

From design to completion the whole process was fantastic! Ollie designed our small kitchen offering great advice and tips Nothing was too much trouble.
A special mention to the kitchen fitter, the electrician, the plumber and the plasterer.
They did a fantastic job, all very professional and helpful.
We are so thrilled with our new kitchen, thanks to The Kitchen depot for all your help and fantastic service. 😊

Great design which we were able to view in 3D in the showroom. The fitting / tradespeple used were superb resulting in excellent and hassle free installation. Really great job from start to finish!

I can’t recommend The Kitchen Depot highly enough. They fitted my kitchen six years ago and I have been absolutely delighted with it ever since. The quality and workmanship have been fantastic.
Recently, a couple of my kitchen door hinges snapped — probably more down to me being a bit heavy-handed than anything else! 😂 I contacted The Kitchen Depot and they were fantastic. They came out very quickly, replaced the hinges and fitted new ones completely free of charge.
Six years after having my kitchen fitted, to still receive such brilliant customer service and aftercare is really impressive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they sorted everything quickly and without any fuss.
I’m so pleased with both my kitchen and the service I’ve received over the years. A great company, excellent workmanship and fantastic aftercare. I would definitely recommend The Kitchen Depot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend this company, the results have truly exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the time which Claire spent with me at the planning stage and I am so glad that I went with her design suggestions, which truly maximised space, met my needs and are aesthetically pleasing. And thanks to Irene who was quick to address any questions along the way. Also to the excellent worksmanship and professionalism of Scott, who was well organised, paid attention to detail and was quick to respond to any queries. The other members of the team also done a great job of other work required including the electrics and plastering. And a thank you to the waste collectors who were helpful and respectful. We received excellent customer service throughout and didn’t feel pressured to place an order.

When one door did arrive slightly damaged that was quickly replaced without any issues or drama.
