Hi Simon, Thank you for the review and for your order, which is much appreciated. I've just checked and I can't find any email or message from you enquiring about the whereabouts of your order. It was sent via your choice of second class postage on Friday. Royal Mail quotes 2 to 3 working days for delivery, although this is not a guaranteed timescale, and things can sometimes take a little longer. Today is only the 3rd working day so I'm sure that your card will arrive in plenty of time for Mother's Day. I'm sorry for any confusion caused by the postage options and timescales and I'm sorry that the review request email arrived before your card did!
