I've bought a number of items from The Fan Cave From bidding on ebay and I've been disappointed in a number of the items. Mostly due to damage that was never mentioned. The Items range from Signed Funko Pops to Signed Framed Memorabilia. I've also been sent the wrong item and had to wait in for the collection of the wrong item, which wasn't collected twice.
The owner of the company does not take criticism well and eventually I was banned from bidding on their ebay streams.

Brilliant company. Brought a Gabriel shirt yesterday, they contacted me straight away to state that there was a slight dint in the frame and they had to reframe it. It was sent and received today. It looks amazing on the wall. I will definitely be ordering again!

I come across Fan Cave whilst watching TikTok lives and I entered a box break.
The instructions regarding the box break were really clear on the screen and also described live by the host.
I have won a few vouchers but also managed to win a Nico O’Reilly signed and framed Man City football shirt for £11!! My son is over the moon. Really good service and delivery was quick. I also find their TikTok lives a good watch as well, with a vast variety on offer across all sports.

Bought a Nathan Aspinall signed shirt frame at Costco on 16th June. Since then, Costco have been trying to get hold of Fan Cave to find out where it is as I still haven't got it (2nd July). I've called the number on the website which no one answers and have tried to talk on the chat but 7 hours later and I've only just managed to give them my order number but they haven't responded. Shocking service!

Bought a signed Scholes but came with a slight problem but emailed fan cave who immediately sorted the issue. Sent back the Scholes and replaced with another item.

Where can I start with this brilliant company this is such a brilliant company to deal with each and every staff member is fantastic at there job! They are all easy to approach they make you fully aware of the item your buying what authentication it comes with .They all make you feel welcome explain anything you need to know about the products... again nathan sorced me something a sir alex ferguson man utd 99 shirt signed by the greatest manager in world football in my opinion and my words it looks amazing framed up! All the staff hear deserve every bit of credit and more the framers do such an amazing job alot of time goes into the products and they never disappoint I recieved my framed item today and it looks amazing really is stunning to look at! I’ve had a few bits off these recently, 2 x Fowler signed shirts, Heskey, Fury signed glove, Special K signed glove, Joseph Parker signed glove, a Ronnie red ball plus some loose images. All have been absolute quality, an absolute breeze to deal with. Shipping all perfect and in good time.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Unfortunately, my original order arrived damaged due to water damage during transit, which was disappointing as the items were signed memorabilia.
