As always, Rob and his amazing team delivers top quality ingredients. I use the Recipe Generator to order my all grain recipe kits. So easy to use, and I don’t end up with left over grains and hops to store. Perfect inventory management for me.

Ease of use of the website, expansive choice, products as described, prompt delivery.

Delivery was much slower compared to my usual supplier.
Normal supplier do next day free, you are 4 days plus.
Could not apply the 5% off offer for the first order. There is no where to add your 5% off on your first order. Unless you don't give it as I had an offer on 3 of the same make? Then it is a fiddle and not a true offer!
Definitely going back to my regular supplier.

Only 4 out of the 5 Brausol arrived intact. The other one was opened in transit. Not their fault. These things happen.

Just this week, I had a pump delivered that had a fault.

I contacted them, they apologised, explained all the ones they had in stock appeared to have the same fault, and promptly refunded me. You can't fault that!

I've been using Malt Miller for some time now and can honestly say their customer service is among the best I've experienced from any supplier.

What really sets them apart is their willingness to help. Emails are always answered promptly and thoroughly, and if the person you're speaking to doesn't immediately know the answer, they'll go and find out from a colleague rather than guessing. On more than one occasion they've even taken the time to physically measure items during a phone call to make sure I had the correct information before ordering.

Their delivery service is first class. Orders are well packaged, arrive quickly, and everything is consistently presented in excellent condition.

The YouTube videos are also incredibly useful, especially for brewers looking to learn new techniques, understand equipment, or make informed purchasing decisions. It's clear they invest a lot of time in helping their customers succeed.

Another thing I appreciate is that they're always expanding their range and bringing new products into stock, so there's always something interesting to discover.

Awful packaging, order ruined, customer service refused to take any responsibility, I would recommend staying clear.

I use Malt Miller in the main for all my home brew requirements, their service is brilliant, quick dispatch, great packaging,( like the new style with coasters etc).
Customer support excellent, I also would recommend their videos, entertaining and very informative.
Nice to deal with a business that interreacts with its customer base and has a genuine interest in helping the hobby.

A great company to deal with whether purchasing ingredients (always fresh, always the right thing) or asking for advice on equipment, they are always helpful and always deliver within a short time-frame. I’m new to brewing but these will always be my go to for stuff I need.

As usual, the product and service was very good. Also very pleased with the advice I received. Can’t wait to taste my latest brew in a few weeks - a Sharp’s Atlantic clone - perfect for the summer. The last one went down a treat. With another tweak to my equipment I’ve bottled even more this time.
