The company phoned very soon after we’d reported the accident, they kept us up to date with what was going on and the lady that came out to take the vehicle was excellent

I broke down and my car needed to be picked up from my work place. I was kept updated with the estimated pick up time and they arrived on time.
I was working so they delivered my car to my home address.
Great service.

Well had an unfortunate accident today my insurance company got AX to to deal with recovery then they getting Mansfield to deal with recovery when I was on the phone to them I explained that I needed to be dropped off to my home address which was 4 miles away lady said no problem at all they will help me on that, their contracted local recovery company called G.W recovery came to pick my vehicle up driver was really helpful and he said it would be no problem at all but he needs to check with his manager called Gareth Williams, he told driver that I should arrange my own way to back to my home address then I asked driver if I could talk to him,this Gareth Williams was rude on the phone told me to get my own way up to my own address,I have explained to him there was no bus or train running between Abergavenny to Blaenavon he said he don't care I needed to talk to my insurance company, so I would advise Mansfield Group to stop using G.W recovery for their customers because of Gareth Williams and would advise G.W Recovery to get better manager to run their company. I could clearly see the driver was trying his best but he had to follow his manager's orders. It's clearly not Mansfield Group's fault neither driver's it was G.W Recovery's manager Gareth Williams left a customer suffering that's why I gave 1 star.

The Mansfield Group were sent to me via Green Flag after a tyre blow out. I was called by the company to let me know an eta which was only 15 mins. Driver was very friendly & dropped me & my car back home so i could get a tyre company out to replace the tyre. Great service, thanks

Nice knowledgeable bloke who recovered my car, just took 2 hours to recover me which was annoying but didnt take long once he arrived.

Didn't know this type of service existed until directed to them by Volvo following an accident. From first contact till completion everything was fluently dealt with by the Mansfield Group - courtesy car, vehicle collection and repair, dealing with the other party's insurance, etc. I was kept well informed during the entire process, made everything very easy for me.

The efficiency and speed of the recovery was very good. My recovery driver arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and, despite a clerical error with regards to my license plate, the process was smooth and simple.

This company is terrible not use them. I car was meant to be delivered yesterday @5pm. The driver didn't bother turning up at the repairer in the first place and when I inquired with the company where my car was they gave be liars as I spoke to the repairs and they told me the recovery truck never turned up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Otherwise you will pay the cost trust me. I lost 2 days of work because of this company.
