I am an 82 year old disabled woman. I broke down on a narrow section of the A64 ( Whinmoor) Leeds 14. Two men stopped and pushed me into the side of the road. I telephoned Green Flag who said a mechanic from Mansfield would be coming to help me. They couldnt tell me how long I would have to wait which added to my anxiety. Within minutes ( it seemed) Zac drove up in the low loader. After making sure I was absolutely safe he had my car on the low loader and he drove me and my car back to my home. At all times he was courteous , knew what he was doing and nanaged to lighten my mood. Obviously he is a very skilled operator and mechanic , he is also a very competent driver who manoeuvered the low loader through the very narrow streets to my home. I hope all your operators are as good as Zac.
