Absolutely brilliant service I would highly recommend them. I didn't get the mechanics name but he was so good . He didn't leave me untill everything was OK. Response time was 10mins and the lady who took my call was so reassuring so all in all exceptional service which is rare nowadays. Many thanks

Very quick and great service

The Mansfield Recovery Group response was extremely fast. Beverley was very kind and caring and gave me all the information I needed. She demonstrated First Class customer service with further updates to me. The recovery driver who came from Runcorn was very efficient and responded really quickly to the recovery of my car. He informed me of what would happen next. I was very impressed with the level of service from Mansfield.

Great service from Mansfield group, acting through my car insurance/solicitors. Lovely team quick and efficient asking questions and filling in all the deals they needed to know . Told pick would be an hr but can in 30mins💗
The driver of the pick up was friendly and very kind, he could see how upset I was , the accident happened at 8.10 am and he was there at 12. 30ish . A very traumatic day for me. But the Mansfield group acted quickly and efficiently once I was put through to them so thank you so much.💗

Car was damaged when parked. Dealership passed me to an accident repair comany. They used Mansfield to recover the vehicle to dealership repair shop. Mansfield kept me informed of progress by phone. The recovery was was friendly and helpful.

Broke down at 2.30 in the afternoon got told recovery Wouldnt be until 6 pm rac sent a link to click on to be told that my resume was cancelled by the vehicle rental and I would then have to wait until 7 pm for them to tell me me I had to get a taxi home an hour and a half from home by the way when I told them I was a type one diabetic and had to be back at my depot for my insulin was then asked why I didn’t bring any with me …which was answered with didnt expect a new van to break down and had to find my own way home ..customer service lady was great to talk to but the service in general was appalling considering I was at the rad side for five hours

The gentleman arrived on time to collect my car for repair, he was polite and very professional and had my car secured on the back of his truck in no time and I was called to say that it had been delivered safely to the garage.

Very poor service. They arrived and removed my car about 5.5 hours after their estimated time of arrival.
They were asked by BMW to take my vehicle to BMW Ashford. They informed me that they would take it to thei depot in Queenborough but took it to BMW Maidstone. They did however take the vehicle to Ashford first thing the next morning.
