I've used this company before so I returned to them. The actual product inside were great but I spent quite a lot of money as a Hallow'een gift for a friend & the box was smashed to bits in the post. I didn't have time to send it back and get new ones so had to use my initiative on how to present them.
I suggest to put them in more sturdy outer packaging .
After finding out the issue I had The Marshmellowist team didn't hesitate to get in touch & they kindly sent a replacement set of Hallow'een teacakes.

Hello i was visiting the uk and live in France 🇫🇷 after reading an article in country living I thought I’d try your product delivery was quickly received thankyou I was slightly disappointed by the flavour and I find the packaging unattractive and not relatable to marshmallows!!

I very wrongly rated this company as terrible the other day as I did not receive my order and had not heard anything.. turns out the delivery company could not deliver as I have a wrong postcode!! When I e-mailed them they responded straight away, resent the marshmallows and paid for the delivery too… their products are delicious and their service excellent..

Its the second time I have ordered and both recipients have been delighted with the present so will definitely be ordering again!

I had requested and paid for the higher of the two postage choices, which then came by courier. The Marshmallowist had immediately dispatched my parcel and it arrived extremely quickly. I haven't personally tried the marshmallows as they were a birthday gift for a friend but they certainly looked delightful. The boxes were attractive, sturdy and stacked one on top of the other. A very happy purchase!

Gorgeous marshmallows as always. Beautifully packaged and great comms. Unusually there was a bit of a quality issue with one of the items but it was resolved immediately.
