I would 100% recommend Julie. Her customer service is outstanding and the box itself is beautiful and such a lovely idea, can’t wait to give it to my dad for Christmas. Everyone should support this little business. Such a pleasure to buy from a seller who communicates from start to finish!

This personal company, run by the fabulous Julie, went above and beyond with her help and professionalism with my emails, providing me with the gift I wanted to buy.
I will certainly be recommending her and her company, especially within the military world!

Navigating the website and ordering is very easy. Once you have chosen your box and what is to be engraved on it Julie will send you a image of your design, where you can correct or change as required. After you have confirmed all is correct then the medal box will be completed and sent. Mine arrived very quickly indeed and I was blown away. It was perfect, just what I wanted. My medals and 'clutter' will be have a smart new home. Thank you Julie and The Medal Box Company 5 stars.
