Best experience I’ve had with an estate agent! The team were always communicative and friendly which made the whole experience (almost) stress free. My questions were always answered quickly and they went above and beyond to give a fab experience when choosing our new home!

A genuinely five-star service. Caring, attentive and approachable all round, and which made the whole process for us all the easier and better.

I worked with Felix on my first home purchase and I thought he was very friendly and agreeable. I felt comfortable speaking with him as opposed to high-street estate agents. He was very good about staying in touch and was very responsive and understanding. I thought he and I got on well and I believe the whole process was as smooth and as stress-free as one could possibly achieve in the London market thanks to his diligence.

From the incredible curation of the website and listings, to the degree of warmth, care, and attention to detail I experienced throughout the process - I couldn't recommend them more.

From initial viewing enquiry to completion, the Modern House has made our first time buyer experience uncomplicated and easy. We were assisted by Will Baring who has been nothing short of proficient, professional and quick to respond to any enquiries or address any concerns. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend the Modern House.

Twice tried to organise viewings of a property with the Modern House and twice cancelled then told the property is off the market as an offer had been accepted. All when we were serious potential cash buyers and could have potentially got the sellers more money. Perhaps not the agents priority to do so…. I think I also dealt with three people in their agency so I expect comms may have been lacking which given the types of property they sell is surprising. We have two properties that are of the type they would sell so long term they may have missed out here…

From the initial contact with Inigo/The Modern house, we felt heard and understood. The appraiser Kate was knowledgeable and professional and crafted a story around our unique cottage that showed she understood the charm of our property. The photographer they sent to shoot the house produced some absolutely beautiful images which captured the essence of our home. We were handed off to Imogen, who handled the sale and liaised with the solicitors and buyers. She was always available with advice and ready to respond when things went quickly with the sale. Imogen has a very lovely personality and level head, which was much appreciated during the tricky ins and outs of selling a property in the UK. All in all, we highly recommend Inigo/The Modern House.
