As a soon to be first time mother the whole nappy situation was a minefield, but this awesome team figured out what I needed and how to go about going "reusable". I initially made a small order (I didn't want to terrify myself with lots of "stuff" arriving!) but will absolutely continue to build my stash! They were prompt in resolving a packing issue and really easy to deal with. Ace service folks!

Really easy experience filling out the questionnaire and getting their recommendations. We managed to buy our nappies with their Christmas discount which made them cheaper than expected. Prices are very comparable to the actual brands selling them, but you get the extra personal touch. One of the nappies we received had a broken popper. One quick email and the nappy lady replaced it for me.

Item arrived very quickly, even though I ordered on a Sunday.

Very happy with the reusable wipes. They arrived in 9 days by Royal Mail 2nd class tracked. It was appreciated that the Nappy Lady warned it could take up to 21 days by this method, due to Royal Mail strikes, so I could make an informed decision regarding delivery method
