The bike came on time which was brilliant however it came broken and we couldn’t place the handle bars on it, the wiring on the back wheel was frayed and the front wheel screw came on done making the wheel wobbly. I went to go and get the bike sorted the same day at the local bike shop, sent a message over with pictures and my invoice and didn’t hear anything back from online toy shop ! Very disappointed as I paid a significant amount of money for it and then had to pay more for my son to be able to ride it on his birthday. Didn’t expect this from a brand new bike! Will not be ordering from them again.

Hi this is Mrs burke here Got to jeeps from yous .one on march and another before that. The motor that you replaced on march when I bought the green one double 24 Dual motor you will probably have an email from me in march . I think the motor is gone in. If anyone can help me that would be great

You took my money for an item that wasn't in stock, I then had to wait a week to get my money back. No problem with customer service who were good but please keep the stock levels up to date on your website and don't take money for things you cannot deliver.

The website was easy to navigate and the price of the scooter we purchased was very competitive. The scooter arrived, well packed and within the timescale stated. Overall a very good experience with this company.

Placed an order only to have it cancelled due to a technical glitch which resulted in products being sold at the incorrect price. In return a 5% discount voucher is supposedly sufficient compensation for their error

First order I submitted, I had to chase whether They received it, this took a few days for them to confirm, I then emailed them again for a tracking link, this also took a few days, When I got the link I saw that the item was in the UK, I received the item on a day I was not expecting it. The second order I did not email or chase up, Throughout the process I never got one confirmed email or tracking link from this company, I email Yedoo direct and they where super helpful. The communication from the Online Toy store is diabolical. Thank you Yedoo for you very helpful customer service.

New bike arrived, excellent quality. Sadly it was too big but the customer service team were understanding and communicated process for return, providing courier. All returned without issue and refund processed
