This was my first time ordering from theory11 but I was amazed by their Game of Thrones card deck. Unfortunately, USPS had issues delivering my package so I reached out to theory11 customer service and I was blown away by their helpfulness and their willingness to rectify an issue that they did cause. Mandy was so kind and quick to respond to my emails, and I’m really looking forward to playing with my deck of cards soon. They have made a loyal customer out of me!

Theory11 has wonderful customer service and shipping was so quick. The product is beautiful and such high quality. I would definitely order from them again!

Quick response.

I had an issue with my order that customer service took care of quickly (even though it wasn't their fault). The service was excellent, and I love the products. Thanks!

Unfortunately, my daughter purchased some playing cards that had a few off cuts. I contacted the company and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. A replacement set was sent without any hesitation. The customer service representative was very courteous and helpful.

Intricate and fun puzzle with lots to spot for Harry Potter fans. It came with mysterious instructions for what to do when complete for more magic. And the company are helping me with a missing piece. Top notch stuff.

The card quality is always great, smooth and satisfying to play around with its as if the cards themselves are lubricated and just move with ease
The cost is also great not expensive and easily accessible which means that people who enjoy cards but cant afford them or are too expensive for them can still by them thank to theory11 with ease

I bought the Lord of the Rings puzzle which did not come with an insert guide to the entire puzzle. Upon my email request Theory11 immediately mailed me the insert. That kind of excellent customer service should never go without a thank you!! For those of you that have never done Theory11 puzzles, try them, you will be thoroughly impressed!

Mandy was an excellent customer service representative. I was missing puzzle pieces and was not put at my fault, but instead given a very generous option to get a replacement puzzle or a discount for a future one. The service was very warm and all my questions were answered in a very timely fashion. I plan to purchase more puzzles in the future given the amazing build quality, variety, and customer service.

Customer service was bare minimum at most and the crappy part of it all was that it was a gift that was delayed and customer service was great, but then we received it is was unfortunately defective, only to be told to send videos and that we'd have to pay for the return, even though the site shows they cover return shipping on damaged or defective products It is Not worth the headache of dealing with their return policy or this store or site in general for that matter. Stick to Amazon or Walmart 😥

She gave a straight and to the point answer to my question. I collect decks of cards and Theory 11 is second to none. The cards are well made super graphic the feel and touch is perfect. And every time I placed an order I received it in a timely manner. To me this company is Amazing

I had problems on an order because I put the wrong delivery address. The customer service team responded immediately and helped me solve it quickly. Excellent product and excellent service

shipping is always spot on. quality is always consistent, flashy, solid, you can just tell a theory 11 product from seeing it. my absolute go to for affordable fun at a professional level

I recently bought the Artisans Deck and Oh. My. Days. This is my new favourite deck, it has outstanding quality, and it has barely gotten worse since I bought it! Theory 11's other decks are also fabulous, again showing wonderful designs and quality! Unfortunately, I did purchase a deck recently (Star Wars Red) which had poorer quality than I expected, but had great customer support to get it fixed and sorted! This is by far my favourite playing card company and I highly suggest checking them out.

I have had the greatest experience with theory11. I loved them before and even more now!

They stand behind their products and have the best customer service!

Thank you!

Excellent service, super fast and very attentive, offering solutions at all times. A pleasure to work with!

I just want say your products, especially your puzzles are outstanding in quality and beauty, i've bought several puzzles and decks of cards from your website and the Barnes and Noble store by my house, lol. I haven't graduated yet to the magic tricks that you sell, but I have no doubt they will be of extreme quality, i really love your products, Keep up the good work!

Perfect all around, couldnt be better.

I've needed customer support twice so far and both times they were incredibly fast to respond and friendly and my issues were resolved in no time at all.

I bought a gift for a friend and ran into an issue with the delivery, as the box arrived damaged. I reached out to customer support, and they responded quickly and handled everything smoothly.

The issue was resolved without any hassle, and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their service. Would definitely recommend!
