They're helping me purchase a magic props refill

I’m a huge TMNT fan, so when I saw theory11’s TMNT cards, I knew I had to have them. The art and character choices were awesome and I really enjoyed them. Unfortunately the pack I bought was missing 6 of the Spade cards. When I reached out to see if there was a way I could get the missing cards, theory11 was super fast to reach out and remedy the issue with no problems or questions asked! Like many of the other reviews, Mandy Laterveer handled my concern and was extremely responsive annd helpful! Overall, I am super happy with the cards, the quality, and the customer service.

I love this company’s products! I recently had a slight mishap with one of their products and they resolved it so quickly and efficiently. Mandy Laterveer assisted me and she was so kind and fast at responding. Just a great experience overall!

Mandy has always been helpful when corresponding for Theory11 and The Magician virtual show.

I received a prompt response to my issue and Mandy Laterveer demonstrated a willingness to resolve my missing pieces issue. I will update my review to 5 stars when it is resolved.

Update:
Mandy followed up and has completely resolved my issue. I'm very happy with the outcome and recommend Theory 11 puzzles and other products. Awesome!!

Great service from Mandy with every email I send…they are so kind and very patient and ofc responsive! I’ve been a member since 2019/2020. I’ve never been this happy to be a customer. I feel like family here.

My order was damaged in transit. When I reached out to customer support, I was given a quick response that directly addressed my concerns and a replacement order was placed without delay. This friendly, customer first interaction has earned my respect and loyalty, I look forward to future interactions with Theory 11.

Responsive and dilligent... such a great group to work with!!!

Theory 11 provides excellent customer support. It’s a company that you can completely trust, great products/releases, outstanding customer support, highly recommended!

I really want them to listen to my new deck of cards ideas because it would be awesome if they made them and I don't think they are listening

I had a product stock query, and they were prompt replying, even though it wasn't the reply I would ha e liked.
They were friendly and gave me some advice as well.

The best customer service experience I have encountered in a long time. Great job, team Theory11!

The interaction with the team at theory11 was personal AND professional. In this world of automated responses and AI generated communication the responses were timely and concise, which felt respectful.

I accidentally placed an order and when I reached out to the support, my order was cancelled and got a refund almost immediately No questions asked. Great support!!!

This was my first time shopping with Theory11 and it was fantastic! I had a question about my order and reached out. Customer service responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. It is rare to get that level of service, especially on a first order.

They also have a great selection of magic tricks and products. I am really impressed and definitely plan to shop with them again. Highly recommend.

I have spent time and money reviewing theory11 products. Being a graphic designer myself, I appreciate the knowledge and craft that creates these decks of cards. And in my interactions with the people of theory11, I’ve received nothing but excellent service. All that said, I still don’t know what the 11th theory is. I know that from what I’ve experienced, it has to have something to do with classic excellence.

They make wonderful decks of cards! We have at least four…
Theory 11 decks are our favorite decks of cards… We’ve even given them his gifts!
If you play cards – these are the only ones to use!
