Caught them out lying about receiving my product return
Our order from ebay was supposed to be delivered via Evri (who are terrible themselves and just wont come to our property but unfortuantly we don't know which company will deliver until we order in lots of cases).
Anyway I reached out and advised Evri wont deliver and will end up sending the item back to them. A week goes by and the item then says delivered. I tried our postcode and it wont work on the tracking - I reached out to TPZ via ebay and said that I believe the item has been returned to you and its probably their address which is why i cant see tracking details. The TPZ rep then spent the next 5 days ignoring everything I was saying and telling me that it had been delivered to me and to check with neighbours and other houses in the area.
I found the TPZ postcode online today and tried it on the tracking and it shows it was delivered to THEIR warehouse address and they still used MY name!
So they were fully aware of this 5 days ago and tried to scam the system to have my payment and the item.
Disgusting customer service. Would not recommend anyone use them. Will rip you off.

Ordered mailing bags they don’t come with built in padding they’re just standard but shipping came fast and I got my own bubble wrap that I put inside anyway so doesn’t matter

They scammed me I order 28×34 100pc self sealing bags which costed me around £30 and they send me 5 tiny letter envelope. Nevery trust them. No customer service at all.

Order was easy to place and website easy to navigate.
Disappointed with delivery, as we are a business and closed at weekend. Package was left outside building, unsheltered, on a Friday we think, so when we took it in to building it was wet from weekend weather. However, we were grateful that it was still there. Would have preferred a second delivery on the Monday. Not sure if there was a place on the website where I could have requested delivery Mon-Fri?

On October 7th, I ordered 20 boxes of till rolls and 20 boxes of card machine rolls. I waited for them to ship but never received the order and eventually forgot about it. When our stock ran out in December, I realized they had never shipped the order. I called, and a person named Rohid answered, saying the order had been lost and would be reshipped the next day. Three days passed, and I still hadn't received it. I called again, and Rohid said they were out of stock. I asked for a refund, and he agreed. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received the refunds despite multiple follow-ups .
They are a scammer!
Do not be deceived into ordering from them!
I will report to have my £422.16 back!
