Tomi at the Bluewater store was very helpful. She guided me through the choice of picking three bottles instead of none. I only wanted to have a look but the way she handled the sale was exceptional.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the perfumes I was after. I was looking for a perfume to replace a discontinued one I’d used for a long time. She took the time to go through many perfumes and we found the perfect one. The staff even managed my daughter who hurt herself with a lolly and some tester perfumes to cheer her up! Was a fun and enjoyable experience. Would recommend!

I was helped today by Tomi, she was absolutely fantastic, she was so enthusiastic to find something I’d like! I mentioned a celebrity fragrance I love but that doesn’t last as long as I would like, and she went above and beyond to find me something similar providing me with so many recommendations and testers.
