Kemi, Ruby and Serbuy 100/10 service 🫶
Me and my boyfriend came in today to find myself a fragrance. Straight away Kemi, Ruby and Serbuy were very nice and friendly and helped me find 2 fragrances that I fell in love with. They also threw in some freebies and a discount for choosing to shop with them which made my day (the little purse was soo beautiful I am obsessed! And the mini perfume smells amazing) service was amazing everyone was so sweet and helpful. I’ll defo be coming back for my next fragrances 🫶

Thank you for your review and I’m very sorry for the delay in receiving your order, especially after paying for next day delivery.
I can see that your order was sent using the requested Special Delivery Guaranteed, which is a signed‑for service. As no one was available at the delivery address at the time of the first attempt, Royal Mail were required to make a redelivery attempt, which unfortunately caused the delay.
I’m pleased to see that you were able to redirect the parcel to a local store, and I hope this made receiving your order more convenient. I do apologise for the frustration caused and appreciate your patience while this was resolved.

Ruby was amazing! So professional and attentive, she went out her way for me and my friend. Ruby never got annoyed at our requests. I feel like she went above and beyond for me. I appreciate her so much. Amazing staff!!
Plus the manager was sooo bubbly and smiley! Made me feel very welcomed!

Great service with a smile
I was served by Harvey today and he brings a new meaning to Customer Service. Welcomed with a smile, Harvey informed me of the deals in store today and gave a polite offering of assistance, should I need it. His attention to detail and knowledge of fragrances is impressive and the humour that he brings to the workplace makes for a better experience.
Harvey is an absolute credit to the company and should be commended for his work ethic. He is a great sales person and made my shopping experience today a joyful one.
