I've been to this shop a couple of times for perfect gift set and they always deliver when it comes to customer service and assist you to get right and perfect gift. I'll definitely recommend to everyone seeking for quality perfumes to purchase

The updates I received were consistent and well worded. I got my parcel on time, actually one day before the day it was meant to be delivered. The prices of the products were reasonable and came with many choices in terms of size, engraving, ribbon and Wrapped or not wrapped. Followed by multiple delivery options to choose from for convenience reasons.

My experience was made by the lovely Laura purple at the Colchester store, she was very helpful and so friendly and talkative throughout the whole process. I will for sure be going back when she’s there.

I went in looking for a present for a friend. Aisha helped out so much. Super friendly and allowed me to try out different scents and suggested some that fit my brief. She even included some free testers at the end which I loved!

I had an amazing experience at the perfume shop Colchester, I was served at the Colchester shop by Aisha and Laura, it was my husband’s birthday and they helped me find the perfect gift.

Both ladies were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I explored different options. They took the time to understand what kind of scents my husband might like and recommended a few amazing choices I hadn’t even considered. Their attention to detail and genuine interest in helping me made the whole experience so enjoyable.

In the end, I walked away with a beautifully wrapped gift that my husband absolutely loved. It’s rare to find such thoughtful customer service these days, and I really appreciated how welcoming and professional Aisha and Laura were.

Highly recommend visiting the Colchester branch, you’ll be in great!!

Always buy my perfumes from here because of Laura (with the purple hair) she always knows what I am looking for just from a few words. Have never once had a bad experience she is always so welcoming and friendly and because of her amazing suggestions I have bought a perfume every single time even when I had no intention too ! Have never had such wonderful customer service anywhere else compared to this 10/10
