Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Lovely visit
We visited the Derby store 370 for some perfumes for Mother’s Day. We were approached by a lovely lady called Lynne who was very welcoming and helpful. Our visit was very quick and easy, service was great and would definately return to the store.
Lynne also gift wrapped our perfumes for us and kept a lovely conversation flowing throughout!

Buying a gift for my fiancé
Popped in to my local perfume shop at the weekend to buy an anniversary gift for my fiancé. He's really fussy and doesn't like anything over powering. The lady who served me was really welcoming and knowledgeable. She asked me lots of questions to help me make a decision. She sprayed a few for me and told me which were on offer.she also offered to wrap my gift which was a great touch. Would definitely go back again. The staff were really friendly.
