Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Outstanding service
I visited the perfume shop derby to make a purchase for a work colleague. I was greeted by a wonderful smiley lady named Hayley. She asked if I was ok and would I like any help, she asked who I was buying for, my budget and do I have a particular brand in mind. After answering her questions Hayley made numerous suggestions that matched my needs. Hayley clearly listened to everything I had said and her product knowledge is amazing. She offered to wrap the perfume and an additional service of a personalised ribbon. The experience from start to finish was amazing. I highly recommend visiting this store especially if Hayley is on hand to help. I truly hope the senior leadership team at the perfume shop see this and praise Hayley for her amazing service she delivers to your customers. She’s a true credit to your company.

Really lovely reception
Really lovely reception. I met Aisha and she was really lovely. She took her time with me. Making sure I was able to perceive the different perfumes I had interest in which made my decision seamless. Really beautiful customer service.
