Served by a lovely friendly lady Steph who made the experience all the better. She was helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The kindness and patience she showed is very rare in shops these days

Lovely welcome, helpful lady ordered perfume for me.

I came to the outlet in Inverness, Eastgate shopping mall to get some much needed refresh to my aftershave collection and I was promptly greeted in by Iona. She was extremely professional, welcoming, accommodating and helpful the whole way through. I gave her a sample of a perfume I liked and she helped me choose 4 different perfumes that I am in love with. Her bubbly personality was such a beautiful bonus. TPS, you are lucky to have an employee like her. She is amazing. Anyone wanting to buy any new perfumes should definitely ask for her.

I went to the shop today to exchange a perfume I didn't like, Emily was fantastic! She was very helpful and courteous, i ended up getting my usual Channel perfume, I've also joined the Fragrance shop club, which is a great way of saving money. I have 3 bottles of perfume to buy at Xmas for my sister's and will deffo coming back! Thanks to Emily!!!

We were greeted warmly by Debbie when we entered the shop and kindness and attention was excellent. We purchased my daughters favourite Carolina herrera perfum and Debbie made sure we got the best deal for our money. I also purchased the new paco rabanne Olympea perfume which is so lovely too. I was treated like a VIP today by Debbie when I asked about a certain fragrance. She was friendly sincere & explained all the options on the product. I was allowed to test it & she also showed us other options available. There was no pushing for a sale but her passion & enthusiasm along with the great deal on the fragrance had me leaving the shop with a new perfume feeling a million dollars & the service just made my day she was a breath of fresh air & for that alone I will return.
