We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Great experience
Great experience. I had a love2shop e-gift card and was having a hard time using it. I came into the Surrey Quays centre and to the Perfume Shop and Mai helped me to order a physical gift card. I came back today to use it on my favourite YSL Opium. Her patience and excellent customer service is to be commended. Thank you Mai and Pauline for your patience and professionilism.

I have been a customer of Perfume Shop for several years now and my experience has always been wonderful. Customer service is amazing. Carole (at surrey quays shopping centre branch) is very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable shop assistant, every time i go there for perfume, she is very friendly and attentive.
