Het ging mis met retourneren van toestel. Dat was compleet in zijn doos terug gestuurd maar niet geaccepteerd. ik had verkeerde telefoon besteld en wou ik het inruilen en omdat alleen van doos voor controle uitgehald mog niet retourneren. Iedere leverancier zegt : niet tevereden geld terug en soms eens na paar weken, maar hier moest ik telfoon verplicht houden terwijl ik het niet nodig hebt en andere type bij jullie wel besteld en gekocht en betaald.

I ordered a 256 GB phone, and got delivered a 128GB instead. I wrote a mail and called the support line and was told over the phone that the correct 256GB plane will be sent directly. When it did not arrive, I wrote again and was told to first send back the 128GB phone. I did, and sent prove of the return. Since then I have not received the new phone. They do not answer my emails, nor the phone calls or the What's App messages. This seems to be a scam.

Er wordt niet geantwoord op mails en een voucher voor een gratis item werkt niet.
Wel correcte levering.
Gewoon lastig dat je hen niet kunt contacteren….

Levering was correct en vlot. Maar factuur was op een nogal louche bedrijf, zonder vermelding van btw nr op de factuur,... Ik had ook een blauwe Iphone 15 besteld, maar kreeg een wit exemplaar,... Het was wel 50 € goedkoper dan bij de grote ketens, maar ik denk toch dat ik de volgende keer terug bij een fysieke winkel mijn iphone ga aanschaffen.

The phone stopped fast charging in December 2023. At the same time, the USB-C headphones stopped working.
