I honestly couldn’t have been happier with my bridesmaid dresses from The Pretty Infinity! The colour was absolutely gorgeous and looked beautiful on all of my girls. The fabric draped like liquid silk, making the dresses feel so elegant and luxurious.
We received so many compliments on the day, and most importantly, my bridesmaids absolutely loved wearing them. They looked and felt amazing, and the dresses really helped make our special day even more beautiful.
I would highly recommend Pretty Infinity to any bride looking for gorgeous, flattering and beautifully made bridesmaid dresses. Absolutely stunning! 🩷✨

The worst customer experience ever!

I am genuinely gobsmacked that the reviews for this company are as high as they are. I ordered a dress in late March and received an email saying it was on their sewing/shipping list for April 6th. I sent a follow up email on April 24th - no response. The bride also followed up several times and then we got "tracking" information that always showed that the package hadn't been received yet. The dress never arrived even though Amy alleged she'd sent it and gave an excuse about her having moved or it getting lost in the mail. On May 21st (2 months after we placed the order) we asked for a refund. Thankfully she agreed to refund us and said it would take 5-10 working days to be issued. 10 working days passed - still no refund. Again, she was dishonest and told us she sent it but miraculously the day I followed up the refund was issued. I really don't understand how Amy/The Pretty Infinity is in business. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I ordered anything and am SO grateful we ordered well in advance of the wedding.
Maybe the quality of her dresses are great but it is really not worth the hassle, stress, dishonesty and need for constant follow up.

We ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses for my wedding in August 2025 and they were absolutely gorgeous. They came in plenty of time and all the bridesmaids commented on how comfortable, and flattering they were. They didn’t get to try them until the day as some of them live abroad so I was so pleased at how versatile they were for all shapes and sizes and they were able to be cut to the right length on the day without needing to be hemmed!! Gorgeous colours and Amy was super communicative - thank you!! Xxx

When the dresses came there were perfect length . They were also really easy to wear and comfortable and looked fab!!

I ordered 3 x bridesmaid dresses, 6 x men’s ties, child’s bow tie & flower girl sash and bow - all in ‘Olive Green’ and they were all absolutely beautiful! Amy you are amazing & should be proud of the work you do. The dresses were perfect and we had so many compliments. My bridesmaids also said the dresses were very comfortable, not see through & as you can wear them in lots of different ways, it suited everyone’s body shapes.

These bridesmaids dresses were absolutely brilliant and perfect for every body shape. The material was comfortable, stretchy and not see through at all. My bridesmaids were able to each wear them in a different style and looked great! We also ordered ties for the groomsmen in the same colour and they all matched excellently. Amy was really great and even sent a child's bow tie along with the ties FOC. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience ordering from The Pretty Infinity. Firstly, we were sent the wrong sample dress (without the added tulle layer). Then my order took 3 months to come. I then discovered the dresses were completely static due to the tulle fabric interacting with the layer underneath. If the sample had arrived correct, or my order not taken so long I'd have more time to source a solution. However, after 3 weeks the dresses were still completely static so I've had to cut the tulle layer off (something I had paid extra for).

Amy is just amazing!! The bridesmaid dresses that I ordered fit perfectly and they were just beautiful. I was able to order them all to size to fit the girls perfectly thanks to Amy!

The blue periwinkle dresses that we chose really stood out and made all of the girls look so beautiful, we even got matching ties and pocket squares for all the boys from theprettyinfinity too!!

We had our wedding this week and Amy managed to create 10 stunning bridesmaid dresses (as there were 2 brides and 2 sets of bridesmaids!). They arrived in plenty of time before the wedding and the colour was a perfect match to our scheme. They all fit perfectly and the lengths were just right. So happy!!

I wish I had looked at trust pilot and took heed of the negative reviews before attempting any kind of order with this company…

I first contacted Amy in Feb 2024 on instagram (@theprettyinfinity) and she was initially very helpful, even sending me some samples free of charge and explaining the order/sample dress process.

I then placed an order and paid for a sample dress in mid-March 24. This came in a reasonable amount of time as expected and was lovely. I was very happy with the colour and style, and I was happy to be able to support a small business (I have 6 bridesmaids and was ordering ties for 7 groomsmen and a jumpsuit for myself for my hen party so this was a sizeable order!).

During try ons, I realised we needed a plus size sample to try too. I ordered and paid for this, along with one tie set to try, on 19th June but had to contact Amy again on 21st July as I had not received any notification on dispatch (only an order received email and I had had a dispatch email for the previous sample dress, so was expecting one). Amy stated she’d be sending this order the next day. However, I had to contact her again on 2nd August when I still hadn’t receive the order or even a dispatch email. Amy didn’t reply to this contact but on 3rd August I received a dispatch email.

I received this second order not long after that. However, this dress was an entirely different shade to the first sample, despite having ordered the same colour. I also did not receive the tie set that I had ordered. I contacted Amy and she explained the issues with fabric suppliers and stated she’d post the tie set to me. We arranged for me to return the incorrect colour dress for a swap, after all bridesmaids had tried on. She even offered to send a prepaid label for return so I wasn’t “out of pocket”.

22nd September rolled around and I hadn’t received the tie set or the promised prepaid label. So I had to ask again for these to be sent. She replied the same day but no mention of the missing tie set so in my reply I had to ask AGAIN. By this point I was getting increasingly frustrated with the process of getting even the two dresses and tie, I had ordered, I hadn’t even placed the main order and there were all these issues.

By 1st Oct, I still hadn’t received either so had to chase again. However, I was now asking for a refund on the tie set as clearly it was never coming. I also explained if she didn’t sort these things out within the next week (this order was initially placed mid-July!!!) I wouldn’t be placing an entire order with her. I was losing confidence in her and running out of time to get my dresses in time and/or find an alternative!
Amy did reply and stated she’d sent the tie but must’ve sent it to the wrong address so would issue me a refund. On the 4th Oct she told me she had sent the refund and I would receive this next week… see where this is going?!

I returned the incorrect coloured dress 7th Oct and tracking stated this was delivered on 9th but I had to recontact Amy on the 17th as I STILL hadn’t received my refund or any communication about this dress I’d returned. By now I had a £55 dress at home that wasn’t able to be used if I didn’t get the others, I’d sent a £62 dress back and although received she hadn’t acknowledging this, and then she hadn’t refunded my £18 tie set, as promised. I told her I was not placing an order with her as she had entirely lost my confidence in her ability to complete the order. She did then honour an £80 refund (returned dress and tie set) and sent this via bank transfer so it was actually received and in a timely manner.

What a waste of time and energy this entire process was. It was so stressful and I’m still “out of pocket” as I have one sample dress that is useless to me! I would absolutely not recommend this company as I do not feel they are trust worthy. I’m unsure if she was ever going to fulfil the sample/tie order or just hope I’d forget? But I’d hate for anyone else to have to go through this, planning a wedding can be stressful enough!

Amy was amazing from start to finish in my search for bridesmaid dresses. I knew I wanted multiway dresses and was dead set on velvet material. I ordered some samples and fell in love with the burnt orange colour. I then ordered a sample dress which came promptly and was absolutely gorgeous. I then ordered the remaining 4 dresses I needed and was able to requests these to specific lengths to suit my bridesmaids (an awesome option to have for free!). Amy was incredibly helpful also in creating a custom sized bandeau for one of my larger busted bridesmaids. Throughout the whole process, Amy’s communication was excellent and all of my orders arrived as expected, well ahead of my wedding day in November.
On the day itself the dresses looked absolutely stunning, my bridesmaids and guests adored them! I cannot thank Amy enough and would highly recommend to anyone looking for multiway dresses in future.

Honestly not sure where to start!

The end product that amy produced was lovely, I ordered the rust velvet dresses. And when I had a fault amy was happy to replace the dress. However communication and customer service is really really lacking here.

My order was incredibly late, I'd send email after email chasing my order and when I final got a reply amy would say she'd already sent my order and then I'd magically get a tracking number which when looking at on the royal mail website showed the package hadn't yet been sent. So as if she'd just made the label. I don't really understand why Amy needed to lie about this, just be honest!

Overall I would of loved to have recommend this company but due to the really poor customer service I would have to advise people against using this company.

Not the best customer service but it was eventually fixed. I ordered a dress and tie set in March and was emailed to say I would recieve this in April. I didn't recieve it in April. They sent me a shipping email in April but I had to follow this up in May after not receiving it. At this point Amy sent me the dress and missed out the tie set. I informed her of this and she said it would be sent out but it never was. I followed up with her multiple times and she never responded. I then contacted the company support and they said I would recieve it within the week but never did. I contacted them again asking for a refund but did not recieve a response until after I had written this review and contacted the customer support again. Amy was very apologetic for this and I have since recieved the item and a refund. Whilst I acknowledge that this is a small business, this situation really stressed me out and it meant one of my items did not arrive for the event intended. If you're shopping here I would recommend ensuring you order months in advance.

I was looking for a custom length bridesmaid dress for my sister as she is 6ft3. I was recommended this company by a few people on a Facebook site. I contacted Amy who said she could do what we needed. I ordered some colour swatches and they came quickly. I chose the colour, sent the measurements over and Amy confirmed everything. About 2 weeks later the dress arrived. The colour wasn’t quite what we were expecting so I contacted Amy who said she would be happy to do another one for us and for us to send the dress we have back. We did this and requested a different colour (with assistance from Amy) and added a bit more length. The dress arrived a week before the wedding (I know, I left it a bit late!) and it was absolutely perfect. The perfect colour and the perfect length. Thank you so so much Amy for dealing with all my nagging and panicking.

I ordered 2 dresses and 4 tie sets in velvet. The material is great quality and everything is well made!
Happy with my purchase, delivery was slower than some hence not giving the 5* but I was given an explanation as to why and it was resolved as soon as she could.
I'm sure my bridesmaids will be very happy and comfortable on the day.

Initially communication was good through easy, used website to order 1 dress after being told a 4 week wait for it to be made and sent which was fine wedding was 8 weeks. Got a date it would be made and sent and it said I'd receive tracking.
Didn't receive tracking so emailed 12 days later due to it being over a bank holiday to give lieway. Amy then told me my friend would receive the dress either Tuesday or Wednesday and would sent the tracking once sent that same day being a Saturday. Messaged again on Thursday as still no tracking and no dress delivered, she did reply within about a hour with the tracking.
Tracking was correct but it stated it was only sent on the Wednesday on tracked 24h, royal mail delivered the parcel but had put it behind the bin and not rang the doorbell.
I have to wait till 1 day before my wedding to see the dress as I'm 270 miles away from my friend but she has said it's huge and so much material so I'm hoping we can make it look nice.

Would not recommend using this company just for the fact of not being forthcoming with details of sending and actually lieing about it.

Lovely dresses and such good value for money. My bridesmaids looked gorgeous and lots of our guest commented on them too :)
