Never delivered item, said it had been sent out again, never received, all my requests for a refund were ignored

Goods not delivered, no communication at all. I placed an order, received an order confirmation email, and since then over 30 days later have received nothing. No fabric, no delivery information, no apologies. I had previously placed an order on this site in 2025 and had no issue, but now something seems to have changed. Attempting to contact customer support gave no response, and the listed phone number was not answered and the voicemail inbox was full.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. If the store was going to be closed or inoperable, they should have shut down the website and/or communicated this with customers instead of continuing to take their money.

They’re not responding at all. Went completely silent. I wish I’d read these reviews, thankfully, only bought samples. Contacting my bank ASAP!

Ordered beginning of August from their Ebay shop. Not arrived. Courier not even received it. Had no reply to my emails. Letting Ebay deal with it. Scammers of a company, do not waste your money.

Fraudulent behavior - AvoidI have reported this company to my bank, Action Fraud, and other authorities to make them aware of their practices. They take your money, then go completely silent—you cannot get hold of them via phone or email, and they do not send the goods you paid for. Steer clear. I always check reviews first and wish I had done so this time, but I was in a rush. Lesson learned. Hopefully, my bank will refund the money under their fraud/non-delivery investigation, which is currently underway.

Oh I do wished I read these reviews.
I’m being ignored by this company, several emails and a phone call which is just an answer machine.
Contacted via Instagram but I’m not holding out any hope.
Going to contact bank now and report. Hopefully I’ll get my money back.

Ich habe 6 Meter orangefarbenen Viskosestoff bestellt und es kam scheußlicher dicker dunkelgrüner Jersey. Der sich anfühlt als ob es Polyester ist. Die Firma reagiert auf keine Mail und auch im Chat nicht. Ich werde wohl mein Geld und meinen Stoff abschreiben können!!!

Ordered mahogany based mannequin. Delivered today as promised. Impressed with the quality and packaging. Ray was extremely helpful and true to his word, which I really appreciate. Thank you.

Avoid at all costs. They sent a tracking number that doesn’t work and aren’t replying to any emails. I’m out of pocket £40 thanks to this company.

I ordered several items and after 6 weeks I didn‘t receive anything. Even after several mails, no answered received.

Using paypal the money is back now. But honestly I’d prefare to receive the items 😢

I brought lots of samples and my parcel came with 1 missing sample. The other samples were cut messily and not the 8’’ x 8’’ size it was listed as. I sent two emails requesting the missing samples and in the title it had my order number as well as the subject. It took 2 weeks after the second email for them to respond requesting my order number, so i replied with it and haven’t heard since. I tried to get a refund as well as return the samples but they still haven’t responded.

Awful company to deal with ‘ had no communication from this so called company ‘ certainly not professional’ taken my money ‘ then no goods sent out ‘

Terrible company ,
I have paid time and time again for 24 hour tracked delivery
Yet , they constantly defraud me and send my item via 48 hour tracked delivery,
Why give me the option to pick for 24 hour tracked service if your just going to ship it 48 hours

What a terrible company. I ordered 2 meters of fabric through Amazon but they only sent me one meter. When I wrote to them they did not respond. They normally rob people in this way. I will never order anything from them again and I recommend it to everyone. Such scammers, the company should be closed. There are definitely a lot of scams out there.

I don’t even know this business is still standing ? Their customer service is atrocious and disappointing! Do not order from this website - they seem like a scammer wanting to scam people. Because you will never get your product that you ordered nor get any reply back from them when you email them. Waste of space in this world when I tell you.

Same as others, I feel like I’ve been swindled. No sign of the product 10 days later, no response to emails or calls. I’m owed a refund but they’re NOWHERE. Do not use this company!

What an uitterly horrible company. I have visited on MULTIPLE times both in 2025 and in 2026 and BOTH times the website stated the item was in stock. BOTH times the item was NOT in stock and I was told to order it online. On this most recent occasion, I explained that I needed the fabric and I clearly asked if I was to order online if it would arrive in the next few days and I was told yes. 8 days later, fake Royal Mail code, no item. If you read other buyers reviews this seems a common occurance.
If an item is not in stock, TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE, and don't make it able to purchase. The owner is very very rude, and I will be continuing to pursue him until I get my £35 refund for items I did NOT receive and were not shipped in a timely manner.
Seems this owner needs a lesson is customer service and how to run a business. Horrendous experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would be, items I ordered never arrived and the company sent me a fake Royal Mail tracking number to make it look like they’d sent my goods, when I complained that I’d not received anything they responded saying they’d send again and send another tracking number which I never received. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order which was delivered 10 days later than tracking said which meant I no longer needed it as I had to make alternative plans. I’ve been trying to return the fabric for a month now their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t even send it back at this point if they did get back to me as I know they will not refund
