Wrong radiator delivered
Delivery of radiator was quick initially but they sent the wrong one, single not a double. They were quick to collect the wrong radiator but slow to deliver the correct one. Was promised next day delivery but actually took 5. Only responded to being chased on the day it was delivered even though I called and emailed twice. Not even an acknowledgement of delay nor am apology.

We did process the replacement immediately, so we’re particularly sorry that the courier then caused a delay in transit. We’ll be raising this with them to understand exactly what happened, particularly given the delivery timeframe provided.
