We have ordered Sausage roils about every 4 weeks or so and have been extremely pleased with the quality.
But the last order DPD said they were going to collect on a Friday so emailed to say we are a company we finished at 1pm and returned on Monday 8am they arrived on the Saturday when it was sunny 23 degrees and 25 degrees on the Sunday, they were no good. customer services say they might not look at emails for a couple of days
and not very helpful the lot went in the bin will not use this company again.
No way to treat good customers

Delicious pies, what more can I say!

After searching for my favourite pastie, Minted lamb, I ordered from The Real Pie Company. They arrived promptly and I had one on the day they arrived. It was like butter melting in your mouth. Hand made, these are absolutely delicious. The kast time I tasted a Minted Lamb pastie was when on holiday in Weymouth, 8 years ago. Now it feels like I'm on holiday every day.

The pies arrived beautifully packed and labeled. We had chicken and leek pie that evening, full of meat, tender and delicious. The other varieties are now in the freezer, but not for long---- they are far too tasty to be resisted!

This was the first time I had ordered from The Real Pie Company but I was very impressed the pie we had was full of meat and the pastry was really tasty

There was a mixup with two orders going to the wrong addresses, however the way this was handled by the company was exemplary and the product itself was lovely, so overall I'm very happy

Packaging is the only letdown. They don’t skimp on packaging, it just doesn’t work 100%.

We’ve placed several orders, and the pies are always the best, made using the best ingredients.

The trouble is, during transit, most of the pies get thrown around and damaged. You can end up having to scoop the contents of the pie out of the wrappers, and decanting it back into the foil pie dish, which has been bent out of shape, thus destroying the pie.

I've been ordering pies and pasties from a couple of other suppliers who I've been mostly very satisfied with but I've recently noticed a drop in standards, so I thought I'd try Realpieco and ordered a selection from their Chicken range - Chicken Balti, Chicken & Ham, Chicken & Mushroom, Chicken & Leek and Chicken, Sage & Onion.
I can honestly say that these are the best pies I've ever tried. Absolutely rammed full of delicious chicken and full of flavour.
The best thing about Realpieco in contrast to other suppliers I've used is that you can order pies individually without having to order a minimum number or as part of a pre-selection pack.
The order arrived promptly and well packed with each pie wrapped with the cooking instructions on the wrapper.
Realpieco will be my main supplier from now on.
