Good delivery. Pies, pasties, sausage rolls all excellent.

Lovely pies, clearly handmade with love. A couple of the small pies had leaked in the packaging as they were on their side but one email To customer services and they offered to refund those pies.

This company for my pub at least 6 batches now and the feedback is “they are excellent pies” they are filled to the brim and have a nice gravy inside, my wife is vegetarian and loves the spiced butternut pie. The pastry is perfect making the pies easy to eat and the icing on the cake.
I deal with Hannah at the company and she has gone above and beyond on several occasions and I can’t speak highly enough of the company and Hannah is a big asset to them

Spent £50 and all pies came absolutely battered, crust falling off, sauce leaking to ousde of pies... Tried the steak and Stilton, no Stilton flavour, 3 large pieces of steak, not executed very well! Apple pie crust absolute obliterated, not very sweet!
Definitely not worth the money, if you are paying for A class pies you expect them to turn up A class 👎

The pies were well filled and were tasty as were the pasties.

Having had a bad experience some time ago I recently decided to give the Company another try.
Unfortunately, exactly the same problem exists with my current order, namely large chunks of undercooked, chewy meat. I tried the first pie this evening, a Steak, Stilton and Mushroom pie. It contained two pieces of chewy meat which I did not eat, a tiny amount of mushroom and very little gravy.
Unfortunately I have another 11 pies in my Freezer including 3 more steak, mushroom and Stilton, 4 Steak and Stilton, and 4 Steak and mature Cheddar pies.
Once again I am utterly disappointed with the quality and won't be reordering any time soon. An absolute disgrace considering the price.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 1st Real Pie experience, fresh or cooked from frozen was a step up from anything I’ve had from a supermarket. And don’t skip on the squares in the real cake section, all were fantastic. Communication packing and delivery were all 1st class

Looked at the reviews before my purchase brought a variety of pies/ pasties.what I’ve eaten so far have been delicious really flaky pastry best I’ve tasted. Quick efficient delivery well packed Yet to try my sweet treats but I’m sure they will be as equally as nice will definitely order again .

Such flavoursome pies, love them.

You have to try these pies.

The pies I ordered arrived when I expected them, were carefully packaged, and taste delicious. They are the only pies I know off that really do contain a good amount of meat, and are not just "gravy " as a filling!

We have only had a couple of the pies we ordered, they are very tasty.

I would order them again.

Well , I will back that up , I tried 2 different Pies , which were easy to order on a great and simple to navigate website , the whole delivery aspect , was easy to follow on the tracking and the company used one of my favourite couriers DPD , so I was given an hour notifications, of where my delivery was and it arrived in the timescale promised, I was really impressed with the packaging of my order , in a polystyrene box , to keep my order cool
And finally, I will say , I will be having a repeat order very soon

Excellent customer service. Emailed about my delivery and they responded within an hour. Was asking about my pie and cake delivery. The response amused me to say we are just waiting for the bakewell slice and will despatch today. Great service and products.
