Referee store app says $8.00 flat rate. I tried to order 16 of the 26/27 law book and it wanted to charge me $8.00 for each. I contact them and they told it doesn’t count for the Law books.
I canceled the order right away.
Their app is very deceiving. It doesn’t say there are any exceptions.

I recently tried to order two blue ump shirts and the system froze during the process. So I went to Ump Attire to order the same shirts. I looked at my bank transactions and The Referee Store distributed the order and charged me 77.01 including the 8.00 shipping charge without my clicking the place order tab. I called the office and they referred me to the online assistant. I did this and It took 4 days to get a reply for my complaint explaining what happened and asking for a return label. The package was delivered in about 8 days, She emailed the return label, however, I was told that unless I have "screen shot" of the system error that occurred during my order that I would charged 12.95 to pay for return shipping with insurance. Surprise surprise. I asked her if good customer service is more important than blaming the customer for their error, and her reply was: unfortunately without proof she must follow policy. They obviously have a very busy order system that has glitches. Take a screen shot!!!? Not good service! Being customer focused is not as important as their bottom line!

I placed an order on Wednesday. I paid $12.99 for 2-4 day shipping. They discounted they day that I placed the order and the next day to process it, so they figured that Friday was going the day that it shipped. It's now going to deliver on Thursday, 5 days after their assumed ship date. After calling, they are willing to remove the $4.99 expedited shipment. They have good products, but they do not know how to run a business. I'd advise looking elsewhere.

Great customer service and perfect coordination that meet customer satisfaction ... even when the item was out of stack in my order but they were able later to get it to me and ship it without charging shipping fee & I appreciate that.

I sent back a faulty watch by recorded delivery weeks ago yet I've heard nothing. I've purchased quite a few things from them so more than a little disappointed.

I placed a 1st time order with this business for both football & basketball referee gear. When I received my order (2) two items were missing. Basketball ref shoes & an all weather football shirt. When I attempted to reach someone by telephone ( impossible) I left a message but never received a return p/c. I was prompted to use their chat group which I did. It took several days for the business to inform me that the items I ordered were no longer being manufactured & they will refund my money. However when I checked their page the shirt & shoes are still showing as in stocks & available. You would think an out of stock item would show immediately, so why did it take so long to let me know you no longer carry the items? I will not use this store in the future as I feel they were not professional when dealing with my issues. Note: my total bill was almost $500. Also I checked for my refund today & its not even showing as being posted!!!

TheYapalong4000 are garbage and the Referee Store sold them and won't refund. Stuck with this garbage.

Don't do business with them for expensive items!

Socks wripped after two days of usage, with holes around toes, cards were not of the correct quality (although were replaced) and shorts had tears were they had been damaged in transit. Iron on badge then damaged the mid layer with no replacement sent out.

Good selection of items, quick and easy to find what I was searching for. Quick delivery. Overall, very impressive.
