She had my saw packaged and ready for delivery the day I bought it, and the next day it was shipped. I don’t know if that is always possible, but it seems that she does it when she can. We are grateful for The Saw Lady's empathy towards saw restorationists in making historic, rare and usable saws available for sale. In my last purchase, one saw had lost tension in the blade showing as a wave toward the toe end which requires hammering or tooth resetting back into tension. Some of your customers who haven’t learned these skills yet would want to know via item description the condition of the tooth line to be able to make a purchase decision based upon condition current usability and intended use. As a display item, user, collectable or for parts.

I have chatted with The Saw Lady staff and find that they are thrilled with gaining greater expertise in the marketing of their vintage saws. They will be adding enhanced photography showing the tooth line condition from additional angles for their customers. I find the eagerness to enhance their customer's buying experience refreshing and will definitely continue to be their customer.
