KenyUniverse is one of the best small Kpop/anime inspired small brands I have ever experienced and had the pleasure from shopping from! The staff are super friendly, interactive and do their best to keep everyone updated on orders/preorders! I have purchased 4 beautiful high quality jackets from them and I can't wait to purchase again!:)
100% unique designs and products ✨️
Will be purchasing again

You have awesome designs, and the quality of your hoodies is unmatched! I get so many compliments when I wear them. I also feel so snuggly and comfortable in them.

There was a little mixup with available sizes in the hoodie i order. They contacted me about the mistake and offered to change the size or do a refund, they were so cooperative with my asking questions and in the end i received a sweater that was perfect!! i absolutely love it & i wear it all the time!

Customer service is amazing and my jacket is super fluffy and soft. I reccomend this shop ♡

I love the design and the oversized fit

had ordered a hoodie, but apparently not enough were made so they cancelled the order

I still haven't received my order or heard any updates in regards to it. I know I preordered two of the Bangtan hoodies but the preorder said at the end of September. Alongside this order I got the UGH jacket which I received an email regarding some missing pieces and the shipping getting delayed which was fine. Except the email said I would get an update with shipping info soon. This email was sent in September 5th and I still haven't heard anything I even tried responding to the email. I'm getting frustrated because I paid a lot of money for these and I really like this brand as I have gotten stuff from them before.

I still have not received my order that was supposed to ship October 31. Then it changed to November 28th and it still hasn’t shipped

My Young Forever zip-up came very quickly!! I absolutely love the design and quality of the jacket. Not only is it super cute but it’s thick enough to keep me warm. Thank you Ezra and Ken ^^

This company is amazing!!! I have several zip-up hoodies and they are hands down the best I’ve ever had. Thick sweatshirts with beautiful embroidery, the quality is unmatched. Fast shipping and good customer service. I highly recommend buying products from this company!!!

The attention to detail truly made me smile, thank you for the care gone into my delivery. The jacket I purchased is so soft and truly felt like I got the WeVerse version.

I wish I could rate 0 because I have been waiting 4 months for my order and no one is answering my emails.

The website was easy to use and of course the product was exactly what I wanted! I love my Hobi sweater and I hope to buy more in the future.

Purchased the KNJ hoodie for a friend’s birthday present. The hoodie was very comfy, perfect size, and made with quality material. Love it!!!

Lovely hoodie, amazing quality and very warm. Stylish too.

The hoodie is made of quality material and super soft! It is warm and comfy. If you have broad shoulders, I would recommend sizing up, usually I'm a large, and I got an xl. It fits like the descriptions says. Overall I'm really happy with the hoodie and will wear it frequently!

I love this website and products.. So excited for my package

Their products are great.
Items were true to size and nicely made.
It's sometimes difficult to get ahold of them in regards to shipping updates. My pre-ordered items got pushed back several times and it was tricky to track any information about the new release date and several weeks passed until I was able to get a proper response.
But happy with my order after all.

I am so much happy with my purchase! I ordered the 'Still with you' zip up, and it's so pretty ! And the quality is also very good! Nothing else to say except keep going!
Maybe the delivery took a little while, but honestly I do not mind if it's for having such good clothes at the end. It's worth it!
I already ordered some more :)

I've received one zip-up hoodie and just ordered another one today. I highly recommend them and they're of excellent quality. The customer service is really fast if you have any concerns, and they're so comfy!
