Very helpful, down to earth advice and help from Anna when choosing and trying out my new machine- and all other staff very friendly too!

This company was great to deal with. I spoke with them in the morning and the machine I wanted was shipped out on the same day. It arrived well packaged and in good order. I will definitely shop with The Sewing Studio again.

Nothing is too much trouble. I wanted to see how another fabric fitted in with my main purchase and the ladies were very happy to have a look to see before I bought the fabric.
This is the level of service I am used to, they are ALWAYS this good.

Website is easy to use and so much to pick from. It was easy to find the type of material I wanted. When my order was unfortunately not going to be fulfilled to the amount I had bought, I received and very polite phone call to let me know one piece was going to be 10cm short and I would be fully refunded that amount. I accepted and the order arrived quickly. The fabrics was beautiful and good quality. Have purchased from here again.

The Sewing Studio has a great range of fabrics in a fantastic variety of formats. I've bought yardage and precuts and they always arrive in good condition. Their prices are comparable to other fabric stores online but their range is better. If I want a quality jelly roll or layer cake for a special project I go to the Sewing Studio.

I ordered my new machine just before 3pm and received it at lunchtime the following day. A great price and brilliant service. I then ordered some extra feet for the machine but made a slight mistake which I realised immediately after my order was confirmed. I rang up and received brilliant service from a friendly member of staff who amended my order appropriately. Brilliant thank you.

Excellent experience. I am new to sewing and was looking forward to purchasing my first machine. This companies description of the machines and the linked videos really helped me. I ordered the Janome 230DC, delivery came next day. Perfect. Will certainly purchase from this company again.

The range of fabrics is excellent as are the prices - often cheaper than eBay stores. Delivery is quick. Queries are dealt with in a professional but friendly manner. This is my Go-To fabric shop. (I bought my sewing machine there too)

One of the fabrics I ordered was out of stock they immediately contacted me to select a replacement. I said I was happy for them to choose a replacement as long as it blended with my other fat quarters. Their choice was perfect and delivery was quick . I bought the Deal if the Week and it was excellent value. I was disappointed I could not buy the pack of fabric I wanted but my call to the studio was answered and a lovely, friendly person explained why my choice was not available. Delivery was a bit expensive but was super easy and everything was really nicely packaged. Express care had been taken to keep a book I’d ordered in good condition which was really nice to see. I’d definitely recommend and will use them sgain.

After watching a video made by the Sewing Studio on You tube I decided to by the Bernini L450. Had a bit of a glitch with delivery which was not a fault of The Sewing Studio. Their support was excellent. I also discovered the machine was reduced the day it was delivered and they honoured the discount. Excellent service all round and love the machine.

When I started to look for an upgrade to my entry level sewing machine, I did a great deal of research online and discovered The Sewing Studio. They offer a vast range of quality machines (as well as accessories, tools and other sewing paraphernalia), and their short, informative and helpful video demonstrations and reviews were an enormous help deciding on the machine most appropriate for my needs and budget. As a plus, they also happened to have my preferred machine as an ex-display and offered a 0% payment plan too. The machine arrived in impeccable condition, beautifully packaged, very quickly. I’m sure I’ll use The Sewing Studio again.
